Enjoy outdoor BBQ, gazebo and Back yard.

This was a good location for our trip to Orlando for a family wedding. The description though "fully renovated" with "all new furniture, bedding, kitchen and bath" really implies that it has been recently renovated. Our experience was very different than other reviewers, so I just feel like I need to be forthright, particularly when we based our lodging decision off the reviews and the property description.We found the house to be very dirty and did not look AT ALL like it had been renovated. The property itself did not look like it was ready for guests at the time of our stay. The lawn was easily 15" tall, so the back yard was not remotely suitable for entertaining or lounging. Several interior walls had been poorly patched and painted, others were just really grimy. Every base board and horizontal ledge had considerable dust and dirt accumulated, and a number of spiderwebs were hanging in the room corners and windows. Again, it definitely did NOT look like a fully renovated property, nor did it look like the house was ready for guest. Shortly after our arrival, we actually considered booking a different location because of the condition of the property and petitioning VRBO for a refund. Unfortunately, we had a very full schedule of wedding activities for the weekend and really didn't have time to deal with finding and moving to a new property.

Extra touches

This house was perfect for a family gathering. We were all adults plus one toddler. Very kid-friendly home with pac-n-play and high chair. So clean. Clever decor. And the extra touches of a bag of bathroom items and towels set out on each bed. Even a mini-fridge in each bedroom. Thank you for providing great family memories for us.
