Relax… You’ve arrived in Poipu paradise!

Welcome to our newly built home on Kauai’s sunny South Shore, designed for comfort and easy living. This is a place to slow down, spread out, and truly unwind.

Inside, enjoy high ceilings and large glass doors that fill the home with natural light! Start mornings with espresso from the Nespresso machine. Cooks will love the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, or step outside to fire up the barbecue and enjoy cocktails on the covered lanai.

The main level of the home offers open living spaces and 3 suites ideal for both together-time and privacy. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level with beautiful mountain and peekaboo ocean views …perfect for morning coffee or evening downtime. Each bedroom features a Ghostbed mattress, blackout shades, and their own mini split air conditioning units. Two suites include king beds while a third offers a queen bed with a single bunk above.

On the second floor you’ll find a flexible bonus space with a queen memory foam sofabed, full bathroom, wet bar, wine fridge, and Xbox– ideal for older kids, an additional couple, or a quiet retreat.

The upper lanai is a guest favorite! Relax in the hanging chairs while watching sunsets melt into the horizon. Rainbows are common and views are unforgettable!

The backyard feels like a private resort featuring a heated saltwater pool and extra deep spa perfect for relaxing after a beach day or stargazing at night. Golfers will love the world class course behind the home! Lawn games are provided for laid-back afternoons.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler are also provided – just grab and go! After all, you’re just minutes from the South Shore’s best beaches, shops, restaurants, and local favorites!

Only 2 cars allowed in driveway and no parking on the road - garage is for owner use only
Towels, ice chest, snorkel gear, surfboards, boogie boards etc may not be visible form the road or neighbors. Please keep only shoes on front lanai.

Great day! I had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, the beach gear, and a nice pool to swim in. Had a few challenges with the spa heating, but were able to get those resolved towards the end of our stay. Great experience! Would stay again!

Everything was immaculate! We loved that they had beach chairs & towels for us and all of the necessary equipment to cook a meal. Hot tub/pool was great, the pool is small so no actual laps or anything but nice to have available to us to lounge in. I don’t have photos to share because we were too busy enjoying our stay.

Great place for multi-generation trip

The home was so beautiful and serene. We all had such a good time with the pool and hot tub. We had 3 generations and everyone was happy. The listing was extremely accurate and the host was very quick to reply! Would definitely recommend renting this home.

Definitely a place I love.

This was not our first time to the Waterfall House. Nor will it be our last. Everything about it ticks a box for me. It's lovely and well laid out. The location is fantastic, it's close to everything, yet not in the middle of the masses. Views of the ocean. Two lanais to relax on. A really nice kitchen, with so many great places to eat nearby. And the pool/hot tub/waterfall, ahhh - such a great place to start, end - or spend the day. Did I mention it's on an excellent golf course - truly a gem of course, too. Well maintained and interesting layout. The owners seem to always be making little upgrades. This trip we found a Nespresso machine fully stocked with some nice coffees. My wife says she never sees me so relaxed as I am when we're here. I agree! Already looking forward to the next visit.
