HOUSING



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator.

From the entrance there is access to a large living room: living room with leather sofa, smart TV large screen, dining area and equipped open kitchen, all opening onto a terrace facing north, quiet.



On the night side:



- A master bedroom with king size bed (180x200cm), smart TV and ensuite shower room.



- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm).



- An independent shower room.



- A separate toilet completes the set.

From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.

From Cannes station: 4 minutes walk.

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
