The Cottage has 90 ft. of Lakefront. A Lakefront area with a maintained Sandy Bottom for water activities.
The view of Sutherland Lake (47 Acre Lake) when you're sitting on the deck is amazing.
There's a view of Sutherland Lake from every window. A great Lake for Small Water Craft.
PROVIDED is a 14 ft. Aluminum Fishing Boat w/ Electric Trolling Motor ~2 kayaks ~ 2 seater Paddle Boat ~Gas or Charcoal Grill whichever you prefer.
As it gets dark, you can sit around a bonfire next to the shoreline telling tales, playing a guitar, harmonica. Let's not forget S'mores or Roasting Hot Dogs.
Also, a great area to experience the Fall Colors.

This Cottage faces Sutherland Lake with 90 ft. Lake frontage. It has a cozy coastal feel. This is a quiet area, that takes you away from the hustle and bustle. It's a great Family Get-away for either a week or a weekend. Close Shopping, Soaring Eagle Casino, Fruitful Orchard Cider Mill and many more Adventurous activities. We invite guests to come and experience the quiet, serene surroundings.

What makes this property unique

I saw so much potential with this house and being in an Up North Rural Area, surrounded with woods and just steps from the Lake was an added bonus. I envisioned myself sitting on the large deck facing the Lake drinking my coffee in the morning. In the evening sitting around a Bonfire talking about the good ole' days.
