Wonderful stay

This was a short stay to wrap up a 10 day road trip with some friends. It was a perfectly relaxing stay! The condo was perfect and our beach day was relaxing.

Great condo right in the beach

Parking is convenient, pool and hot tub are nice, beach is very easy to access, room is updated and clean. Beautiful large balcony with lots of seating. Bring extra toilet tissue (1 roll each bathroom) and coffee and filters for coffee pot. Other than that, all comforts are provided!

Great Beachfront Location

Beautiful property, great view and right on the beach. Pool was nice, hottub had some issues. The "mattresses" on the bunkbeds are not good for adults, probably fine for kids. Patio furniture was nice. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great view of Gulf. Accomodations were very nice, great patio furnishi gs. Beds and mattesses were wonderful. Only suggestions would be instructions for main TV, a Keurig and a better hair dryer. We brought our own but did check theirs out but it didn't work well at all, but those were small problems. Would definitely stay there again!!

The parking was difficult. The beach rental was higher than other places we have stayed over the years. Besides that, everything else was wonderful - ample supply of towels, kitchen fully equipped, wonderful views, close to the water, easy departure instructions.

Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The listing was very accurate......the pictures were exactly what you got and more! The only negative part was having to leave such a beautiful condo. It was so easy to book this condo and appreciate the wonderful service from the owner and rental company. I can not say enough about our stay and all the extra amenities. We hope to return again to this same condo. Great experience for our first time to Perdido Key.

Parking is tight

The unit was nice and clean. the space was spacious. Loved the balcony. The biggest problem with this unit, is there are no designated parking spots and the parking lot is very small. Just something to keep in mind, that you may have to park across the street in over flow.

Had a great time!

The property was very clean and was as depicted in the photos. There were plenty of towels, which was awesome. I, for one, really liked the flooring of this unit, compared to other units at this property. The couch was very large and comfortable. I actually fell asleep on it once, as did others in our party. The living room was well seated and a great hangout spot. The kitchen had all the things we needed and the four-slot toaster was a hit. Overall, great experience!

This condo was decorated very nice and all of the furniture was very comfortable. You have a private balcony with a breathtaking view and an uncrowded beach. The heated pool feels wonderful for a change from the sand and ocean water. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are all very convenient. We loved Perdido Key, it is a quiet area without all the crowds and traffic but a few minutes in either direction and you can find anything you want. Charlene and Chris were great to work with and took care of everything for us. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Comfortable, clean and VIEW!

Just spent a week in Windemere 807 and it was delightful. It was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have wanted or needed! Loved the large balcony.....and of course the view. Windemere is a lovely property; pool, pool deck and hot tub are all well maintained - - - and offer a great view of the beach and Gulf! The management company made everything very easy - - - reserving, arriving and departing! I really appreciated all the "starter products" for the kitchen and bathrooms, too! The only concern we had was parking. The parking ramps and small lot were a bit challenging; it does help having the extra parking available across the street. We would love to go back again next year!

Pool not ass advertised/room not maintained

VRBO indicated heated pool at the time I made reservation. The HOA decided to remove pool heater 18 months prior. Feel we were mislead and should recieve some type of refund, wouldn’t you? In room, couch is stained and dirty, vent above stove kept falling off, a burner on the stove didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t clean, the clothes dryer didn’t work, and an electrical breaker in a bedroom with just a tv and light kept tripping.
