Cross country skiing , (available month to month at discount .)
Free - your very own :on site guest parking .
*mount utsayantha fire tower can be seen at this property, you may ride or hike to the top and you will experience stunning views ., and lovely sunsets
In the back yard you will find fire pit and picnic table . No cook stove inside. new waffle maker .All inspections ,permits & licensing secured , including insurance
also a public gym and library within walking distance as well as
Restaurant and coffee shops. ( tops grocery store )
We have a municipal heated pool seasonally and free to use .
kitchenette fully stocked w/ supplies , Keurig coffee maker , no stove on this property , electric teapot , crockpot ,, microwave, & toaster oven & a toaster ,including a, bowl of free snacks & we
Provide bottled water.
Clothes steamer , alarm clock , nite lights, air purifier & so much more .
* also plan a visit to nearby hobart book village that is all bookstores :) relax in This bottom floor.

Very nice place, and courteous owners

Our stay here was really great, they included a bunch of little amenities for your stay which was really nice. The suite is very clean and great for two or three people. The location is also good as you are close to a family dollar and a couple of places to eat. I would definitely rebook here.

Wonderful respite!

We quite enjoyed this lovely place, so clean and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was clearly communicated and provided, the space was airy and comfortable, and coffee and meals were within easy walking distance, in sight of incredible mountain views. The hosts were warm and responsive. We would love to return!

Fall Getaway-Biking on the Catskill Scenic Trail

This was the perfect place for our fall get away. The place was exceptionally clean with many amenities including some great snacks. Dale and Robert were very responsive to our questions and were very helpful. This place is right next to the Catskill Scenic Trail which is a beautiful biking/hiking trail which we enjoyed biking on. Stamford is a beautiful small town which has a nice Catholic Church - Sacred Heart Church.

This homestead is very quaint and cozy! The hosts Dale and Bob are very kind and accommodating. I came to the Catskills area to DJ a friend's wedding in Roxbury and had a very full day of running around the large property of the venue so by the time I was done and came back to the homestead to sleep, I passed out like a rock as the bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet at peaceful. 10 of 10, highly recommend!

Happy Homesteading !

Had a Wonderful experience! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The rental was just perfect for my husband and I . It was very clean and comfortable. Was visiting the area for a family event and couldn’t have been a better location for convenience. They’ve thought of everything - we were very pleased - will definitely recommend and be back!
