We stayed in this country to attend my nephew's wedding in Milford Center. It was was so spacious and relaxing for me, my husband and my in-laws. The views were amazing! It was also a reasonable distance to shopping when needed. Tracy is a great hostess and the horses and pony were added bonus! We would definitely stay again when needed!!
Everything was neat, clean and spacious. My only drawback, and i mentioned it to the owner, was that air conditioner should be turned on a couple hours(at least) before arrival--it was so hot when we arrived at 10 pm.
What a lovely weekend we had! One of the most scenic properties that I have ever stayed at it was the perfect distance to my daughter’s school at Oneonta and to Oneonta Main Street. It was the perfect setting for hosting a celebration while still being able to relax with coffee on the deck to watch the horses. If we are ever up that way again. We will surely be back.
House was spacious and comfortable for 6 people. We were 30 min from Dreams Park for baseball tournament. It’s 15 min or so from grocery stores and restaurants in Oneonta. It’s about 35-40 min to Cooperstown. Very quiet. Nice farm with lots of horses.
The property is spacious, very clean, and comfortable with large windows looking out on the horse farm and wooded property. We enjoyed a lunch on the deck, with its table and chairs. The property was incredibly convenient for attending an event at the Cadillac Ranch as both sites are just off Rt. 23 and only about 2 miles apart. The beds and furniture were comfortable and we loved the spacious rooms available for dining and relaxing as a group. There is plenty of parking in front of the ranch-style house, which is in a field adjacent to pastures on the working horse farm. It is best to arrive during daylight as the sign for the turn from Rt. 23 can be a little hard to see and the drive to the VRBO house is not long, but could be a bit difficult in the dark. The hosts were very responsive to inquiries and easy to work with. We would definitely return if we were in the area again.
