Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a small family (2 small kids), this property will fit your needs. Newly decorated sun suite studio with fully equipped kitchen with Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Large Screen Smart TV, high speed internet. Complete with everything you will need for your stay. 410 sq ft. with Queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa bed. Amenities include: On site Sassy Bass restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining with bar. Selah coffee shop with pastries, bagels and small breakfast sandwiches. Kiva Dunes Grill that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and bar. Outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs; Indoor saltwater pool and kiddie pool, exercise room, showers and dressing rooms, library, New lighted Pickle Ball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts...putting greens and sand volleyball. PLUS miles and miles of beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches for walking or simply relaxing under an umbrella with a cool drink in your hand. Equipment, available for playing on the putting green, horseshoes and basketball, can be checked out from the Security guard at the front entrance. During peak season, beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented by day or week, as well as Parasailing, kayak and banana boats rentals are available. Security provided 24 hours a day. Onsite coin-operated laundry facilities, BBQ grills and Picnic tables. Walk next door to renowned Kiva Dunes golf course. Down the road fron the resort are bars/restaurants and fishing marinas. Next to the property is a NEW Dollar General that has almost anything you might need. The Pines Grocery and restaurant are also right outside the property. Visit historical Ft. Morgan, a Discovery network "most haunted" Fort. You are within 20 minutes of Gulf Shores, where you will find carpet golf, water parks, souvenir shops and of course, you can't miss the Outlets in Foley, where you can shop till you drop!

Quiet and relaxing getaway

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay over Memorial Day weeekend. We were looking for a place with easy and close beach access, on-site amenities, and good local restaurants. Location, accessible, comfortable, and amenities were top notch! Our family loved staying right on the beach with pools and restaurant it had an awesome resort vibe! Dianne and Mike were so great and checked in on us! We just had the best time! And it didn’t feel super crowded party gulf shores it for sure is more quiet & family friendly! We really enjoyed our stay. Dianna was easy to contact and a pleasure to rent from.it is a smaller unit but has everything you would need to have a great time. Comfy bed and this unit utilizes every square inch. And having tge restaurant rught down stairs was a plus also.

We've stayed in a lot of beach condos over the years and this one met our top requirements. It is updated, clean, and convenient to the beach. We enjoyed having the Sassy Bass restaurant located downstairs for drinks and meals when we didn't want to leave the property. Thanks for a nice relaxing stay!

Beach Bum’s Paradise

Dianne and Mike are such wonderful hosts! The studio apartment/unit is so adorable! It was the perfect size for my husband and I. The location could not have been better either. We were right on the beach, which was very peaceful and relaxing. Not a lot of crowds in the Fort Morgan area, which we also really enjoyed. If you are worried about the smaller kitchen size, don’t! We were able to make our own meals just fine; however we do recommend trying Sassy Bass, Doc’s Seafood, and Wolf Bay.

Blessed to have 4 kids, 8 grandkids and 2 great grands. Alabama natives, we have been coming to Gulf Shores Plantation for years and have watched it become a destination for travelers from all over the world!

Why they chose this property

We believe that this resort property has the absolute best amenities to offer guests. Why stay in a hotel and pay $100 to $350 for just a room and a pool so tiny only a few can fit in it! You will never have to leave our facility to have fun or enjoy a stay. Right on the beach with 7 different pools, indoor pool with hot tubs, kiddie pools, lighted tennis courts and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, putting green, exercise room with new equipment, sauna, and even horseshoes. Walk on the beach for miles. Kayak and parasailing available for a nominal fee. Rent beach umbrellas and chairs and just chill all day on the beach. The Sassy Bass Restaurant and bar with inside and outside seating is on the main floor on the beach. The new coffee shop, Selah, is on site and has pastries and breakfast sandwiches, plus delicious coffees. You are just a walk away from renowned Kiva Dunes Golf Course. If you are a golfer, this is where you belong. Historical Fort Morgan (take a left coming out onto Ft Morgan Rd) is very well known and the Discovery channel has declared it to be one of the best and most haunted forts. You can tour the fort and museum by yourself. The story is really amazing. They also have a car ferry that will take you across Mobile Bay to Bayou LaBatre.

On property is the renowned Kiva Dunes Golf Course, written up in Golf Digest as one of the premier beach golf courses for vacationers. Restaurants, marinas and historical Fort Morgan are within a few miles of the Plantation. Mobile Bay is on one side of Fort Morgan Road and the Gulf of Mexico is on the other.
