This beautifully updated 2-bedroom condo will make you feel right at home! It has a long list of luxurious amenities and thoughtful touches, allowing you to pack light and relax! It's ideal for a family vacation, a golf getaway, or a business trip with a view!

Enjoy a variety of on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a restaurant, and direct access to Myrtle Beach's stunning sandy beaches!

This unit comfortably sleeps 6. This is including a sleeper sofa with a 3-inch memory foam topper. (Nobody likes that middle bar!) No need to bring linens, sheets or blankets. I’ve got you covered! I even provide beach towels. Did I forget to mention the 55in Roku TV in the family room? There are also 40in Smart TVs in the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials. Make hot or iced coffee with the Keurig to start each glorious morning on vacation (this pairs well with the stunning view from your private balcony.)

Want to take a drive? Travel a few miles up 21st street to visit the wax museum and the upside down house. There’s a Ferris wheel and mini amusement park there too! You’ll also find Ripley’s Aquarium. (They now house penguins!)

I felt at home

Very lovely property and the host was very sweet a patient with me. My only issue is she tried to add the cleaning fee after my stay & that should have been included in my final price

I am a mother of 2 and Nunu to 1 handsome grandson. It has always been my dream to have my own beach front condo. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to not only own my property, but to be able to share it with my guests. I have put so much love into this unit and you can feel it as soon as you walk in the door. I work in the mortgage industry and know how hard things are out here. Being able to offer that oasis in the middle of the desert is what I envision of my condo. I too take advantage of that oasis from time to time and bask in the view of the ocean and just have that exhale moment. It is my goal to make your stay as relaxing and fun as possible. I wouldn't expect any less for myself therefore I will always ensure you have it too.

Why they chose this property

This property came on the market in July of 2021. I knew I wanted an ocean front unit preferably with an ocean front bedroom. Even though this does not have the ocean front bedroom the rest fit my bill completely. The view was the selling point and I immediately put in an offer.

I have been told my unit has the million dollar view. I would have to agree with them! Timing is everything and the way things fell into place for me, I knew I was meant to have this condo. I am so happy and grateful!

What makes this property unique

The panoramic view from the double balcony is the clincher. I have added two ceiling fans in the living area. There are larger televisions as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Each bed, including the sleeper sofa, has memory foam toppers for more comfort. I have more than enough pots and pans. There is a keurig that makes iced as well as hot coffee and tea. Counter height chairs on the balcony makes watching the ocean easier. I can go on and on....but it's better if you see for yourself :-)
