Located in Ocean Village on beautiful Hutchinson Island, this beautifully decorated Ocean front, 8th floor condo located in Seascape One is only 100 yards from the beach. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has a unique layout with each bedroom having its own enclosed built-out private porch. We have recently added to each porch a pull out sleeper sofa should you need the extra room - One sleeper is a single while the other is a full. The condo has a panoramic view. The view overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, the Fort Pierce Inlet and the inter coastal waterway/Indian River. The condo amenities include three flat-screen TVs, internet, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, complimentary linens and towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and many other items to make your stay enjoyable. No guest pets are allowed in the unit per condo association guidelines. Also a 30-day minimum rental is also required per condo association guidelines. Located in Ocean Village - a gated community - which offers top notch amenities, including pristine private beach, several pools, saunas, hot tubs, basketball area, pickleball, tennis, gym, yoga and other classes, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a 9-hole par 3 golf course, a restaurant and bar, and a tiki bar with daily happy hour. There is pickleball located just outside OV at nearby Jaycee Park. Pickleball courts in OV are opening soon. Seascape One (where our condo is located) does offer a private pool, hot tub, sauna, restrooms equipped with showers so you can shower after leaving the beach and gas grill area to be used only by residents and guests of Seascape One. Experience all that Ocean Village and the area of Fort Pierce and Jetty Park have to offer. You’ll instantly fall in love with our condo as you stare out the windows at the turquoise ocean and watching the waves crash below. Come stay with us. We would love to have you as our guest.

Gorgeous condo with ocean views

We loved the condo but the entire community is old. Lisa, the owner was a great host; she had the condo fully furnished and when we needed to talk to her, she was available immediately.

Gorgeous view

Lisa was a pleasure to work with and the condo is well equipped with a gorgeous view from the living room, kitchen and both lanais! Although the main pool is closed for renovation at OV, this building has its own pool (which we made use of almost daily) for owners and tenants.

Million Dollar View!!!

This 8th-floor condo offers stunning northward coastline views and breathtaking sunsets between the Seascape buildings. The view—day and night—is truly remarkable, including rocket launches from the Space Centers.Lisa was an excellent host, providing clear communication and helpful guidance for our stay. The condo is well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, a separate coffee bar, and a breakfast area with a daily-use ice maker. Appliances were more than adequate.There was plenty of closet/drawer space in the bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all personal items - a real plus. A three ring binder contained everything we needed to answer all our questions and provided information on restaurants and area attractions. A couple of issues that might impact future renters: 1) The listing states "No Pets, although owners are allowed to have them and, in this instance, do when they reside in the condo. This was problematic due to severe pet allergies and affected our stay.2) The condo HOA regulations have a "No Pickup Truck" policy. I was informed that my Ford F150 FX4 Quad Cab with tonneau cover had to be parked off Seascape property, leaving me to find an alternative, and often inconvenient parking option. Although the condo came with a garage, it is not large enough for a full size truck or SUV.3) The age of patio windows and sliding doors made them difficult to open. The condition of the weather seals created a lot of noise under windy conditions.
