Welcome to the Octopus Garden! Escape to a serene, beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo just a short walk away from the beach! This charming space on Hutchinson Island is designed with beachy decor that captures the coastal vibe, making it the perfect home base for your next getaway. What stands out are the 2 queen sleep number beds which adjust firmness to your for dreamy sleep! You’ll love the thoughtful details and modern amenities like updated appliances, AC, WiFi, and a screened in balcony overlooking a fountain - the perfect spot for morning coffee or a good beach read. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal after a day in the sun. Our place will help you feel at home while you're vacationing. The 2 bathrooms include a bathtub and shower, accommodating adults and children. The open airy design offers plenty of room to relax and recharge.
As per HOA rules, the minimum rental for May through November is 2 weeks, and the minimum rental for December through April is 4 weeks. Short term rental license number STR 00036669
Set in Ocean Village, a gated community, you will have access to a variety of sports options like a 9 hole 3 par golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and a brand new fitness center. Plus you are about an hours drive away from spring training camps! When you are ready to cool off, you’ll have 4 pools to choose from. The main pool has a tiki bar, and is situated next to 3500 feet of private access beach. There is also a beachfront restaurant on the property, the highly rated Hutchinson Island Bar and Grill. This is an absolutely 10 condo and condo complex! The condo is beautiful, and the furniture is comfortable. I spent a month here and would return in a heartbeat. There are many amenities at the complex with me using the pools and the gym, both were fantastic. The owner helped me with every question, gave me recommendations on where to eat, and helped me with the condo in order for me to be comfortable and have a perfect vacation! There is security at the front gate, pool, and parking lots making me feel safe at all times. My daughter and I hopefully will return again in the future.

Our family has enjoyed Ocean Village since 2010. Hosting seemed a natural fit for us, as we love to decorate and entertain. We also use the condo for our extended family, so we keep it extra nice.

There is something for everyone: beach, restaurants, pools, sports, beautiful weather, entertainment. Ocean Village is charming with many different types of properties all set among beautifully colored landscaping.

What makes this property unique

Location: it’s a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Comfort: both beds are sleep number, so they are comfortable for everyone. Ambiance: the whole condo has been completely renovated so everything is new and fresh.
