A short stroll to the extraordinary Shalin Liu Performance Center and just steps to Bearskin Neck's galleries, restaurants and shops, this property is perfectly located for those seeking relaxing beach time, nature walks, cultural experiences and all Cape Ann has to offer. The home offers three floors of living, including bedrooms on each floor, making it well-suited for groups traveling together. The main floor offers extraordinary water views from the dramatic, cathedral ceilinged living room, complete with cozy fireplace and casual dining/game alcove. Large space, perfect for big groups. Sip your morning coffee and watch lobstermen at work and sailboats cruising by. The kitchen is located off of the main living area and features a stylish beaded chandelier, robin's egg blue cabinets & statuary quartz counters with island and dining table. Direct access to the back deck for easy summer entertaining. Private beachy bedroom and bath with shower complete main floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, all with vaulted ceilings, and funky yet sophisticated decor. A full bathroom w/Italian Encaustic tile, striking green vanity and beautiful white-washed modern beach wainscoting. The first floor has an oversized bedroom with views of the water . A large tv and couch make it a great space for a movie! Walk out the door, take 10 steps and you are in the sand!

Great for bachelorette party

It was a great house for a bachelorette party, good space to hang out in the kitchen and living room, lots of rooms. Couldn't get in to prep before bachelorette's arrival due to miscommunication about key lock box for access. Host is particular about parking and noise with close neighbors.

Perfect Stay

I cannot recommend this property enough! I spent the weekend here with my fiancé and some of our closest friends and family for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The property is in a stunning location right on the water, and the house is spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. Everyone couldn’t stop complementing how cute and gorgeous the home was. Additionally, the host was incredibly kind and responsive and gave detailed instructions about the property and things to do in the surrounding area which I always appreciate. It made for such an easy and enjoyable stay. We would love to come back at some point, this rental really helped make the weekend absolutely perfect, it is a true gem :)

Avoid this Property to Enjoy Rockport

Sandwiched between two motels and their parking lots on a busy street, this property is filthy and dingy and even has no screens on most windows. Per the host, the ductless HVAC units in each room will only work based on certain outside temperatures so it's not even a healthy living option much less an appropriate or enjoyable vacation rental. Happy travels.

Right across from Front Beach

Located right across from Front Beach with wonderful views. We had 3 children under 5 and it was so easy to just cross the street and play in the water and sand. The owner was so nice to provide a pack and play for our toddler. Sand toys were also available. We loved the back deck and cooking on the grill. It was a very short walk into town and Bearskin Neck, even with small children. Coffee shops are steps away. The most wonderful playground is right down the street. With 5 bedrooms it was great for 9 of us. We will always remember this special trip to Rockport.
