Lots of space for everyone inside and out, all within a short walk to the soft sands and open ocean tides of Rockport's beloved Front Beach and the many shops, galleries, and restaurants that downtown Rockport is known for. Gloucester's restaurants and whale watching tours are a short drive. Also, just a walk to the commuter rail to Boston or other North Shore seaside towns like historic Salem.

The house was amazing! Our host Victor was fabulously responsive when we had issues with the front door lock and house heating, which he took care of within minutes of our arrival. House amenities featuring the fully stock kitchen facilities were wonderful. Bedrooms/beds were lovely and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers (water temp/water pressure) were great! We even had 2 members of our group brave the below-freezing outdoors to enjoy the hot tub!

We had a beautiful weekend in the quaint and welcoming town of Rockport in this historic, well preserved, comfortable home. Rockport Family Vacation

Beautiful home for family weekend

We loved our stay in this home - such a beautiful home with so much character. With 9 bedrooms there was plenty of room for our family of 16. Kitchen was pretty fully stocked as were the bathrooms. Perfect Family Reunion House

Our group of 18 had a wonderful week and we all loved the house. The house is charming, spacious and well appointed. The 9 bedrooms were perfect to accommodate our large party. The yard had a great back deck for grilling, a fire pit for s’mores, a hot tub and a lap pool which was like a giant hot tub. The location was great for walking into town, going to shops, bearskin neck and restaurants. The property manager was great and very helpful when we needed anything.

Great place for work retreat

This was a perfect work retreat for our small company. There are nine bedrooms and every room had at least a double bed. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. Victor was perfect about communication and got back with us with any questions. Check in and check out procedures were super easy. The house is meticulously clean and well kept and a short walk from amazing restaurants and the beach. Would definitely rent the house again if I was in the area.

This property was absolutely fantastic! Our group of 10 librarians were extremely comfortable and each had plenty of room to spread out! Only 2 of us shared a room and even in this room both beds were full size and extremely comfy! None of us felt like we were in the kids bed/room. The swim spa is a must when you stay! It was overall a wonderful experience from the house to exploring the beautiful town and shops! On top of all this, the owner was so kind and responsive to any questions.

Our 15 kids and grandkids celebrated our wedding next to the fireplace... it was fabulous!

Our immediate family of 15 stayed for a long weekend for our wedding. The accommodations were grande, the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms were comfortable, the dining room and sitting rooms held us all for meals, art and music and just plain relaxed. Magical 'Reunion" Weekend!

Victor's home was the absolute perfect place for a large group of us have a weekend "reunion" in Rockport. The house was beyond spectacular -- gorgeous, comfortable, and perfectly located to walk to Bearskin Neck and the water. We enjoyed the hot tub (the biggest we had ever seen!) and the kitchen was the best appointed we've ever experienced in a rental property. The beds were extremely comfortable and we spent hours hanging out in the living spaces just chatting and enjoying each other. Check-in was effortless and Victor responded immediately to a few simple questions we had. There literally wasn't *anything* that could've been improved. If you have the chance to stay in Victor's gorgeous home, you should do it!

Ideal getaway for large groups

This house was the perfect spot for our group of 5 couples to get away and reconnect with each other. There are many sitting and gathering areas to chat, do a puzzle or other relaxing activities. The house offers many bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. The outside deck area is spectacular with a huge hot tub all warmed up and ready to go for a nice relaxing soak. It's a short pleasant walk to Rockport harbor and all the shops and art galleries.It was a little early in the season but the beach looked like a great spot to spend an afternoon and it is easy walking distance from the house.Victor is a very easy person to deal with and is very responsive to any questions that arise.We would all recommend this house as a great spot for large groups to gather and relax.
