Luxurious Tahoe Escape: Hot tub, Arcade, Fireplace, and more+

Just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and Tahoe’s lakeshore is our peaceful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath family cabin. Located in a quiet neighborhood and just a block to miles of hiking/biking trails and our favorite sledding hill. Hot tub, fenced-in yard, hammock, gas fire pit, video game arcade, and more! Every detail has been considered in this fully stocked cabin, constructed with high-end materials and luxurious furnishings.

No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties or Gatherings. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am strictly enforced by the county.
Ring video cameras outside home.
The grass is dependent on season and drought; may not be available year round.

Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on weather.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soap and paper products. Guests are advised to bring or purchase additional after arrival.

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. We loved spending time in the spacious, gorgeous kitchen, while the kids kept busy playing foosball, exploring the arcade filled with nostalgic games from our childhood, and having a great time in the big backyard. It’s conveniently located near South Lake Tahoe’s attractions but far enough from the crowds to enjoy a peaceful escape. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating!

Great place to stay with family!!!!

We had a great time! Lots of space and the kiddos loved the backyard and spa. Close enough to South Lake Tahoe but far enough away to not have to deal with the party crowd. Would stay here again!

This home was beautiful. Extremely cleaned lots of rooms. Nice hot tub. Very quite neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful. A nice kitchen with everything you need.

Perfect home away from home!

This home exceeded ALL of our expectations! Everything was so clean, updated and perfect! The location was great… close to everything we wanted to do. Hated to leave but hoping to come back soon.

Great winter getaway

I came up to tahoe for a day on the mountain. The property is close to the Heavenly California lodge. The house was super clean ipon check in and overall the pictures are spit on. Plenty of beds for everyone and overall amazing hosts that communicate well. Will definitely recomend to any friends that want an great house!

Fabulous house

The house was spotless, comfortable, and very nicely furnished -- we would definitely stay again. We were just four (my husband and I plus two of our young adult children) but we would have easily fit several more. We also loved the miles of wooded trails just a block away. We hung out on the deck in the evening, played guitar and corn hole -- lots of fun.

Perfect!

This house and the hosts were absolutely wonderful in every way. The house is beautiful, CLEAN and so inviting. It had everything we could need - a fire pit to roast s’mores, a hot tub for relaxation, an outdoor jungle gym for our kiddos to climb and nonstop fun on the foosball table! The hosts were communicative and beyond accommodating. We definitely found a gem in this property and would stay again!! 🏖️☀️💛

Great Family Friendly Experience

The property is an exact replica of what was described in the listing and pictures. It comfortably fit our family (7 adults 3 kids). The kids had so much fun playing outside, hanging in the hot tub and we all enjoyed the games upstairs. The hosts were responsive and kind, and gave us the address early so we could host a catered dinner for my sister’s birthday. All in all a great place for family. It felt close enough to everything but also far enough away from some of the South Lake Tahoe crowds. I am already getting asked by my daughter when we can go back when there is snow outside.

Spacious and comfortable Tahoe Getaway Home!

We just stayed for NYE weekend and were able to check in a little early (thanks to Cynthia being very quick on her communication) and were welcomed with a very clean, spacious and comfortable home for the last few nights. We had 5 adults, 2 teenagers, a 7 and 9 year old and we had plenty of space to sit, sleep and not be on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, pots, pans, etc. we cooked all nights due to being snowed in! Cynthia even sent someone to plow the driveway so we could get our vehicles out of the snow! We also had a several hour long power outage (again due to the storm) and Cynthia was quick to communicate and provide estimated recovery time (thank goodness for the gas fireplace!). The neighbors were also very nice and offered advice and assistance in the snow. Lots of sleds, games, and easy to use TV ti connect to Netflix, etc. I would definitely recommend this home to a larger family or two families wanting a getaway to a great little neighborhood in Tahoe.

Magical

I couldn't have better things to say about our stay at this property. It was truly amazing! There is no criticism I could give them. Our flight ended up getting changed and we showed up an hour earlier than we had originally intended, they responded to us on the app super quickly, and were able to get us into the place earlier (which isn't always the case). They were super responsive on the app, the never let a conversation sit for more than an hour before they got us a reply. The entire stay was awesome. My 2 year old and 6 year old would fight over NBA jam (even though 4 people could play they didn't want to share) so much that we almost unplugged it. The kids loved it!! As little as we were in the house, the time spent there was great for everyone. We traded out getting in the hammock, my 6 year old loved the ropes course, my wife loved sitting on the porch drinking her coffee. It was just awesome. You won't regret booking this house!!

Winter trip

My family and I do a winter trip every year and I try to book early. Considering I booked 2 months in advance, there really wasn’t many cabins left that fit my criteria. I was pleased to find this cabin at a discounted rate because it was newly listed but best of all, it was newly remodeled. The pictures were like out of a magazine. Cynthia was always in contact with me. She told me ahead of time their hot tub would not be operational due to some noise complaints. However that wasn’t a deal breaker for us considering it’s winter. We arrived a little early so we could just hang out in front, take pictures and let the kids play in the snow. This cabin was just as pictured. EVERYTHING was like brand new, well maintained and CLEAN. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated they had kiddie utensils and plates, the kids loved them lol. The rooms we all just as beautiful. Beds were firm but comfortable. LOVED the little play area with an arcade machine and foosball table/pool table/ping pong table/hockey (keep in mind it’s a mini table but perfect for my little ones). We spent hours in the backyard. Didn’t need to go to any snow hill or pay to sled/tubing. There was already a little snow hill in the back from previous guests plus a little ninja warrior obstacle. Fortunately we stayed Sun-Tues so not busy at all. The drive to the grocery story or the state line was only about 10 minutes. Most places don’t allow late check out (particularly without a fee) but I asked Cynthia and she totally obliged (just had to check w her cleaner’s schedule). Instead of checking out at 10a, she allows 12n without charge! So we didn’t have to rush to get up in the morning, eat and clean up. The kids got to play in fresh snow for an additional 1.5 hours. I was sooo appreciative that Cynthia allows us to stay longer. I would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to stay again. Thank you!!

Amazing vacation house

This house is beautifully decorated and renovated. The host, Cynthia, was incredibly considerate and accommodating. The house has everything you need: cold and hot drinking water, every kitchenware that you’ll need, linens, towels, etc. The location of the house is within 15 mins of supermarket, Heavenly, retail shops, Bevmo, restaurants, etc.
