This peaceful place to stay encompasses an acre of land, 4 bedroom house + a two-story barn that sleeps 8 more, filled with games, a bar & ample seating. Indulge in the waterfront with dock, boat slip, swing & fire pit. The outdoor bball court and frisbee golf course will entertain everyone. This property is located directly next to a park, sand volleyball court, a splash pad, and of course, the lake. There are board games, amenities, and many tables and chairs to host a smal gathering. We have the comforts of home with room to roam the great outdoors!

Perfect for our extended family

Love that the property had a lot of room to play-dock for our boat for fishing (caught some sunnies and a big catfish right off the dock) and enough space for everyone to have their own beds and space.

Great extended family vacation!

This was a great spot for our extended family to get together! Lots of sleeping spaces, especially the bunk room in the barn. They just put a bathroom in the bunk room so it was perfect to have that. We had several little ones, so having the park across the street was perfect and the little beach area down the street. They had kayaks and a paddle board in the shed that we used. We did lots of fishing and sat at the firepit every night! I would say the ONLY negative was the water/dock area. Would be great to have easier access to put the kayaks in and a better area to tie up the boat and be able to get in and out. Bond and his wife were great at communicating and always answered my questions right away. Overall a great place for a nice getaway!

SUPERIOR!!

Fun was had by all, wished we could have stayed the xtra day, but children had to work on Wendsday, eithe in Cicago oor Saint Louis. We P_lan on trying again some day, and highlyn recomend this to anyone!
