Very spacious

Great location. It’s an office suite yet appointed well. Had everything we needed. It could use a larger hot water heater but other than that everyone enjoyed their stay. Great communication. Mia had great tips for getting around the area and was very responsive in communication. We would stay there again.

Marco and his team were incredibly good guests. They left the suite in impeccable condition. Marco communicated very clearly and was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to host Marco and his group.

Don’t stay her

Terrible experience. First the rental is illegal as it is not registered as a short term rental in DC. Second, there are many issues. The air conditioning was off for almost 6 days, the internet service is so bad that it’s impossible to work and lastly some of the lights don’t turn off. Lastly, the host is non-responsive and a list. She is slow to respond. The issues were so bad that I checked out from a 7 week stay early. She agreed to try to retest but never followed through. She should be barred from VRB0. There are lots of great places to stay. You should find someplace else.

the guest booked for a long stay while he was looking for permanent housing. He found an apartment sooner then scheduled ,and wanted to get out of his commitment .The accommodation is beautiful and we never had an issue with it before. The AC was not cooling enough for one day and was fixed immediately.
