Awesome location tucked away on a quiet side street/alley in the heart of Capitol Hill, close to grocery stores, coffee shops, bars/restaurants and a walk to Metro. The house is spacious and clean, with 3 bedrooms spread across the upper two levels plus a separate work from home nook and an outdoor space on every level. The host is super responsive and very helpful with any issues that may arise. Would absolutely stay again and/or recommend to friends!

Wonderful unit for an extended stay!

Clean, spacious house with nice outdoor spaces (balconies off 2 of the bedrooms + roofdeck). Located on a quiet, tree lined street/alley (our little one loved bike riding in the alley), in a great family-friendly neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from the grocery store and easy walking distance to metro plus lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. Host was super responsive, very quickly addressed the couple of minor issues that arose during the course of our nearly 3 month long stay, and was flexible and accommodating when we needed to further extend our stay on short notice. Overall, a wonderful stay and we were sad to leave!

We fell in love with our Hidden Gem the moment we first saw it and we knew we had to move in as soon as possible. We get to experience the best of both worlds, the tranquility and privacy that our neighborhood has to present while also being near all the night life that our city offers. With the metro at walking distance, coffee shop right around corner, grocery store one block away, and a pet groomer shop nearby! I mean how can someone not fall in love with this place!

What makes this property unique

Our Hidden Gem is indeed a home that will bring peace to your busy days of touring around the city! And the rooftop terrace is the perfect space to unwind and relax.
