Located in a secure and quiet residence, on the edge of the lagoon with its private access, its beautiful salt water swimming pool. This 120m2 villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kayaks, barbecue and much more..., ideal for 8 people

Bedroom n°1 is equipped with a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm), with air conditioning, a dressing room, its own bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a sink.

Bedroom n°2 is equipped with a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and storage cupboard, as well as its own bathroom with a large walk-in shower and sink.PGJyPg
Bedroom 3, which is located upstairs, is equipped with air conditioning, as well as a double bed (140x200 cm) and a bed (200x200cm).

For more comfort and privacy, a 3rd bathroom has been created on the ground floor. Equipped with a shower and a sink.
It is also the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

There are 2 separate toilets in the villa. (on the ground floor)

Living room / Kitchen:
The living room is spacious with its long bench seat and rattan sofa.
It is equipped with a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan.
An office area and WIFI.

The 100% equipped kitchen is open to the terrace and the living room for more conviviality.
Equipment: Refrigerator, microwave, oven and electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, rice-cooker, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, air-fryer, crockery and kitchen utensils... and high chairs.PGJyPg
Covered terrace / Pool area:

The 80m2 terrace is equipped with a comfortable bamboo lounge, and a dining table for 8 people.
You will find a multitude of relaxation areas with: sun loungers and sunbathing, an outdoor lounge in the garden to enjoy the shade of the palm trees and a hammock...

The pretty swimming pool overlooking the lagoon has salt water filtration, which makes it a real "plus". It measures 5m by 3m.

You will also have a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided), several kayaks, an outdoor shower with hot water, a lagoon access closing with a gate as well as a mooring mooring for boats (which you can use).

In the garden at the back: a drying line, and several parking spaces.

2 cameras are installed outside at the 2 entry points of the villa, i.e.: one towards the entrance gate of the villa and the other towards the lagoon access.

This Residence is a quiet place and we want it to remain so.
Any noise pollution or parties will not be welcome.
