Welcome to Villa Casa Encanto. Get ready for a wonderful vacation with your family and friends on this Villa. Our Villa is located on South Rancho Mirage, one of the nicest locations in town, and just minutes from all the shopping and restaurants at The River, and El Paseo. A very short drive to Palm Springs, and Indian wells.
The backyard faces south for you to enjoy the wonderful mountain views while relaxing at the pool and spa, or by having some drinks at the built in BBQ bar. Enjoy the large backyard with fire pit, and a large grass areas for families to play.
The house comes with four large bedrooms, open floor plan kitchen, formal living room, closed porch with Pool table and Foosball, Media Room, and a beautiful large office.
The kitchen is very well stock for quick meals or large holiday meals.
The house is located on a quiet, peaceful area with beautiful surroundings for walks and close to different hikes.
Come to Villa Encanto for the best vacation in the desert!
Pool and Spa heating, if desired, 100$ per day, and we set it at 84 F.
Spa heating only, 20$ per day.

Relax and enjoy

Wonderful back yard with pool, hot tub and several places to sit and relax. Controls for Hot Tub were difficult to operate. Great place for children. Caretaker was very good on responding to any problems.

Magnesia Falls Home

I rented this property for a month. The property itself is a nice entertainment home. Beautiful backyard, pool and terraced landscape. Nicely decorated. House is advertised as 4 bedrooms 5 baths which led me to believe each bedroom had its own bath. Not the case, one bathroom was shared, only 4 baths. I bought extra hangers and batteries for thermostat that was out. I was reimbursed. There were three other issues with the house, one would take for granted that they all operate correctly, especially for the price they charge to rent. One was plumbing, no cold water faucet in sink operational in guest bedroom, another a very very loose toilet seat. Could not find second thermostat for air, the first week there. I called property manager to have these things tended to and didn’t get fixed until the third week I was there. Property manager told me the thermostat was located inside one of the cupboards of the kitchen. Never in 1 million years would I think a thermostat would be inside a cupboard. All rental properties should have an informational booklet briefly explaining where the thermostat is, TV remotes, spa operation, would be very helpful. The actual property owner showed up to pick up some packages that had been delivered, unannounced. It would’ve been helpful to know he was coming, as I was not available and my guest accommodated him.
