Spread across three open floors, the house offers a bright and inviting living room with a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining area for four. Step outside to the private terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful moment in the seating area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals—stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery—along with an additional dining table for shared meals. For your convenience, the house also provides a washer and ironing equipment.
The five bedrooms feature four double beds (120 x 200) and one single bed (90 x 200), all prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The property is professionally cleaned before every stay.
Please note: due to the stairs, the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Boulogne Jean-Jaurès (line 10), is just a 10-minute walk.
Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.
This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
