Quiet, private getaway in a nice neighborhood

Set on top of a hill with a wonderful breeze. It is a private, cozy quaint place. Five minutes from the trolley making it easy to go downtown. Close to the 8, 52, 94 & 125 freeways. Downtown San Diego is 15 mins away. If you like to hike we are only 5 minutes from Cowles mountain and other trails. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Beaches are 20 minutes away. We allow house trained pets. Please notify us of pets when booking.

We enjoyed our stay very much and found the apartment cute, clean and very comfy. Located on a quiet neighborhood street, we even had a little front yard area where we could sit and read. Our hosts made our stay even more enjoyable.

This studio is in a very quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to the interstate in La Mesa. The amenities were as advertised and the host was timely in answering questions.

Perfect for our visit

Excellent property. We come to San Diego a few times a year to visit family. We hate staying in hotels, and don’t need hotel amenities. After a long day of sight seeing and visiting coming back to this bungalow was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is well maintained. Washer and dryer in the unit is a nice bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

Quit, clean and perfect for simple needs

I have to be in San Diego on occasion for family and this is a perfect place for one to be able to come and go and have a nice roof and comforts of home in.

Quite cozy studio

My husband and I enjoyed this quite clean and nicely furnished studio. It was very relaxing, close to shopping, restaurants and freeway access. Very safe quiet neighborhood.

This is an attached mother-in-law style home, owner lives in main home. Thermostat is controlled by owner, which was not on the listing. Parking is on the street, although the listing states it is available. All in all you need to ask more questions.
