Quiet, private studio getaway in a nice neighborhood

Set on top of a hill with a wonderful breeze. It is a private, cozy studio. Five minutes from the trolley making it easy to go downtown. Close to the 8, 52, 94 & 125 freeways. Downtown San Diego is 15 mins away. If you like to hike we are only 5 minutes from Cowles mountain and other trails. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Beaches are 20 minutes away. We allow house trained pets. Please notify us of pets when booking.

Perfect for our visit

Excellent property. We come to San Diego a few times a year to visit family. We hate staying in hotels, and don’t need hotel amenities. After a long day of sight seeing and visiting coming back to this bungalow was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is well maintained. Washer and dryer in the unit is a nice bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

This is an attached mother-in-law style home, owner lives in main home. Thermostat is controlled by owner, which was not on the listing. Parking is on the street, although the listing states it is available. All in all you need to ask more questions.
