Charming 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Home Located in the Quiet Neighborhood of Rolando/SDSU College Area. The home offers a very comfortable living room, two small bedrooms, and a large bathroom. The Kitchen is Well Equipped. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer, and large utility sink. The Backyard offers a large covered patio along with a fully fenced in backyard. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's. Wifi is provided along with a Landline Telephone. Quiet, Clean and Well Mannered Pets are Welcome! Guests traveling with an RV or Trailer have the option to park in front of the home or in the large driveway.

This home was just what we needed…safe, quiet neighborhood close to SDSU campus with off street parking. It was comfortable and spacious with a bunch of little extras to make us feel at home. No complicated or time consuming check in or check out. Definitely recommend!!

Jeanette is a great host.The house is advertised. 5 minutes to SDSU.Street is quiet.The inside is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but we had enough space.The backyard is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Nice patio seating area back there.Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook.Great place. Dog friendly.10/10 would stay again.

Staying here is close enough to everything San Diego has to offer: museums, outdoor experiences, music and sports venues are close enough with a car. Cute property with a great backyard!!

We spent the weekend here with no issues. The property has everything you might need and the host was very responsive to all messages. It's in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible to anything you might need or want to do while in town. Loved the backyard for the kids to play!

Truly a cozy two bedroom with nice yard for the dogs.

Everything you need is within a short drive. The property is in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't a problem. It was also equipped with almost anything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house was the perfect location with great amenities. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. We easily made trips to the beach and to the zoo. Highly recommend staying here.
