The complex is quiet and quaint, but just around the corner are some of the hippest restaurants, bars, and breweries that Phoenix has to offer. Old Town Scottsdale and PHX Sky Harbor are just 10 minutes away.
The condominium is fully equipped with high-speed internet, a smart tv, washer and dryer, a grill, and an oven. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Enjoy drinks on the enclosed patio while you grill, and lounge by the communal pool on those hotter days.
Centrally located in the Valley, you'll be able to explore with ease, and Uber's and Lyft's will pick you up in minutes.
Sleep well at night in the comfortable queen bed, and you won't have to worry about unwanted noise from neighbors above or below you as this is a ground floor complex. Quickly set up the full size Iviation EZ-bed for an additional sleeping arrangement. Walk to and from your car without climbing stairs or waiting for an elevator. There is one assigned and covered parking space, plus additional unassigned parking as well for a second vehicle.

I enjoyed my 5 night stay. The unit was clean and cozy, the neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants. I would stay here again when back in Phoenix.

The condo was very clean and bright and we liked having the washing machine and dryer. It is close to hiking and to Scottsdale and not far from the bike path. A great location.
I enjoyed my month-long stay in Phoenix very much! Chris has the apartment stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Location was quiet, good parking, friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!!!!

This is a great location to Camelback, north Phoenix, and easy driving to Scottsdale. A great variety of eateries within walking distance. Home is clean. Area is safe.

Thanks for the positive review, Connie and I am glad you had a nice stay in the centrally located Arcadia Lite neighborhood. It is always my goal to provide top notch customer service and ensure that my guests settle in as smoothly as possible.
Location is central, easy walkable to shopping and dining.
Complex is well maintained, with covered parking. Pool looked inviting however did not use it.
Unit is 1bed 1bath with an additional inflatable mattress. Adequate towels and bathroom necessities provided.
Kitchen provides minimum basics but coffee and filters were included.
We enjoyed our stay in Phoenix very much. This property is located near a main thoroughfare which makes getting places very easy. It was clean. Chris was very responsive. Parking on property in assigned space was great. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied but we really did not cook any meals. I would’ve liked another dresser in bedroom and a shelf in bathroom. Also the cords coming from TV around into bedroom was a distraction. It was cold when we arrived and found the extra blankets a blessing. Despite these things that are easily changed I would recommend this condo for 1-2 people.
I only stayed a week, but the property was in a good neighborhood and was nicely furnished. Everything was great including the neighbors who live in the courtyard beside the condo. The one and only bad thing was the extremely small kitchen. I like to cook so this was a negative for me but other than that everything was excellent.
A perfectly located condo central to everything great Phoenix has to offer. Very efficient space with all amenities included. Spacious bedroom, generous living room, efficient fully equipped kitchen and relaxing patio. 15 minutes to airport, a zillion hiking trails, and every kind of amazing restaurant imaginable. Be sure to do Camelback Mtn, mind boggeling Sedona just 2 hours north, AMAZING Joshua Tree 4 hours west and for an incredible adrenaline fix Arizona Outdoor Fun Adventures ATV or UV rentals 45 min north and cheap!
