Remodeled 3BR/2BA house in Central Phoenix with a backyard

House was completely remodeled in 2020 and includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bath on one side of the house and a master suite with king bed and full bath on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything (and maybe more) you will need. Open floor plan and a large backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Central Phoenix and conveniently located right off SR 51.

PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2.

PLEASE NOTE - There is a small guest house behind the house under a separate listing ( Listing ID=2305527). The back patio, backyard and laundry room are shared spaces with the guests staying in the guest house. The laundry room is located off the back of the main house with full-size washer & dryer. Laundry detergent is provided as well as a vacuum, mops and other cleaning supplies if you need them.

We loved this place. It was clean and quiet and location was by everything. Only a small suggestion but not necessary. Maybe invest in televisions in the other 2 rooms but other than that it was great.

This was by far the best VRBO property we have stayed at. The listing was very accurate, the property was clean and the interior has recently been completely redone. Amenities were excellent, huge refrigerator, Keurig, mixer, all kinds of utensils, plates, spices, you name it, they had it. We had dogs and the yard was nice and green with enough space to potty and play. There is a Casita in the back that had tenants but no other dogs. One parking space per unit in the front, safe neighborhood, quiet. We would absolutely stay at this property again and I highly recommend it if you are in the Phoenix area. Excellent communication by the owners, both before and afterward with clear instructions on how to get in and leave the property. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We are grateful you allowed us to stay with our dogs!

Perfectly appointed home

My family enjoyed our stay in this home! Close enough to downtown that an Uber ride was not terribly expensive. The house was spotless, and had anything a short term or long-term visitor would need for a comfortable stay (How many VRBO rentals have a milkshake mixer on the counter?!). Communication with Brian was timely. The next time we have a long weekend in Phoenix, we will definitely return to this property!

Great home. Convenient Location

Nice finishes, looks to be newly renovated, convenient and would definitely consider next year when I’m back in Phoenix. Only, downside is I would like to have had cable.

Immaculate house with many perks

We found this house a few blocks away from our kid’s house and it’s the perfect location. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is perfect. I’ve rented a lot of houses in the area and this is by far the best one yet. It is extremely clean. It has all the extras you need in the kitchen. It’s roomy and very comfortable. You can tell the owners put a lot of pride into their home and making their guests feel comfortable, and that is extremely appreciated. We will definitely be renting this house again.

A very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need and more.

When I first stumbled upon this home, it seemed almost too good to be true - there must be a catch ! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Brian, is also the most thoughtful, gracious host you can come across. 100/10 would recommend!
