About this property

Our apartment is located in a popular residential area in Grömitz and can accommodate 2-4 people. It is located in an idyllic location amidst a quiet friendly environment.

When choosing the means we have ensured that the apartment has a homely and cozy character.
The apartment has a roof terrace which is located in south-west location.

The center Grömitz and thus to the shopping, it takes about 5-10 minutes. It is 2 km from the beach. There are numerous free parking near the beach.
You have over 300 km of cycling and walking routes available.

The living area offers with its comfortable sofa, cable TV, DVD player and receiver ample opportunity to relax. The seating area can be used if necessary as a divan of 1-2 people.
The large dining table offers enough space for four people. From the dining area there is access to the roof terrace.

The bedroom is very spacious. Facilities include a double bed, related nightstands and a large wardrobe.

The kitchen is located in direct connection to the living / dining room area. The kitchen is modern. You will find electric stove, a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
Naturally enough pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery are available.
For the very young guests we have a highchair.
Following the kitchen is a utility room.
The bathroom is located next to the sanitary facilities, a shower and a washing machine.

The large roof terrace is perfect for relaxing sunbathing. The long side is oriented to the south. There are four garden chairs and a garden table available.

Ruhige Tage an der Ostsee

Es ist eine gemütliche Wohnung, in ruhiger Lage. Aber ohne Räder wären wir wohl aufgeschmissen gewesenen. Ansonsten alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal hinfahren

Der Weg ist das Ziel

Schöne Wohnung, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. 20 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Seebrücke. Das muss man mögen, vor allem den Rückweg, auf dem es leicht bergauf geht. Aber wer gut auf den Beinen ist, ist hier genau richtig, zumal der Preis stimmt und an wärmeren Tagen auch der schöne Balkon genutzt werden kann. Uns hat es rundum gefallen.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in der Fewo empfangen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen! Kommen gerne wieder!

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage.

Wohnung leider sehr schmutzig, in jeden Raum hing der Staub von der Decke. Deckenleiste im Schlafzimmer hing halb runter. Decken Lampe im Bad aus Glas, da lagen einige tote Insekten drin. Besteckschublade schmutzig,, der Kühlschrank war auch nicht sauber. In dieser Wohnung wurde lange Zeit nicht mehr grünlich geputzt. Schade, schade da es eigentlich sonst eine schönen Wohnung ist. Können wir nicht weiter empfehlen.
