NEW BUILDING - Country house vacation with a near-natural garden near the Baltic Sea

Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the hustle and bustle of beach life, you can relax in Wasbuck, a small village in Ostholstein. In our new holiday home that approx. Completed at the end of January 2018, we offer 2 apartments, each about 60 square meters on the ground floor and a gallery with about 20 square meters. The apartments are equipped with large windows all around, so that you almost feel like in the garden. Almost from every room you can go outside to the paved terrace. In addition, you can expect a near-natural garden where you can relax, e.g. also in a beach chair - for grilling and chilling.
For the cold season or on cool summer days, we are planning a sauna, which is expected to be completed in winter 2018 - to warm up with a sit-in in the light-flooded relaxation room.
A separate entrance leads to the "Ostblick" apartment. On the left there is a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. From here you have a beautiful view of the garden and a grove. You can be sure of the birds' tongue. Straight ahead you come to a kitchen, which is modernly equipped with a large seating area. On the left is a bedroom with a double bed and the same view as from the bathroom. And next to it is another bedroom with 2 single beds and also with a view of the garden and the terrace. A straight staircase leads from the dining room to the upper floor. Here you can linger to watch TV, read, relax, etc. Here there is an additional bed under the slope or another sleeping possibility on the pull-out couch. The upper floor is open and connected to the bottom.
The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday on the Baltic Sea. On the terrace there is patio furniture, a beach chair, a grill, so that you can feel comfortable and comfortable outside. You can move about freely on the garden lawn, play ball or anything else.

In the vicinity you will find various beaches, for example. Weissenhäuser Strand is quiet and as a nudist beach, or more near the action of the Weissenhäuser Strand holiday park. A little further the popular Sehlendorferstrand, which has very shallow water and is ideal for children. Then the Hohwacht beach with its special atmosphere. Otherwise there are many recreational opportunities, sports activities, excursions, lake views suitable for all ages.
These various beaches can be found within a radius of at least 5 km and more. Every year there are various interesting offers and excursions in the area.
