This 1 bedroom 1 bath, the single-story condo has all the amenities.

4 guests overnight, 6 guests daytime

A portable crib, stroller, and high chair may be available upon request.

Pets may be welcome based on the submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

Only one car is allowed in the gated community. One garage parking spot is available.

We also have a 2019 Mini Convertible, 2015 BMW 5 Series, and a 2022 7 passenger VW Tiguan available for rent.

This beautiful Spanish style 1 bedroom 1 bath, the condo has all the amenities of a home and more. Guests enjoy a well-stocked full kitchen, large screen TV with movie channels, a gas fireplace, new carpeting, an outdoor grill, and an attached, secure, private garage at no extra charge.

The large, covered patio is perfect for private casual meals or cocktails. It is just steps from a luxurious saltwater lap pool and spa, and the main clubhouse, which features a restaurant, fitness center, multiple pools, outdoor barbeque, hammock garden, and spa. This offers the perfect balance of serenity and easy access to fun activities.
Due to the extreme temperatures in the summer, we require that the AC temperature be set at a minimum of 74 degrees. If not followed there is a chance of the AC unit shutting down.

We loved staying at this Legacy Villa unit in LaQuinta. The home was very comfortable and nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The short walk to LaQuinta Resort was an added plus. The Legacy Villas also have a great setup with pools and the club house and restaurant. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this unit to our friends. Great place as every unit here is exceptional that I have stayed at. Garage is a huge plus!! So close to multiple pools!! The only draw back is it is a single story, so in 115 degrees it is hard for the AC to keep it cool. Otherwise amazing.

Peaceful getaway

This condo is more like a townhome. We loved the size, the full kitchen, easy access to two of the 11 pools in the neighborhood (the main pool by the clubhouse was just out the back door and across the street). The unit was very clean and communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again!

I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!

Spent a week at Legacy Villas, 2nd time at the complex, first time in this unit. We love Legacy Villas and will be back. Unit was comfortable, clean, well appointed. We just thoroughly enjoy this condo, neighborhood and location. The patio is covered and protected from the wind. Access to a garage is a plus. It looks like not all facilities in this community have a garage. We will give this facility top priority when we return to the Coachella Valley for a warm vacation.
