Relax on your private dock with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. Full access to lake with kayaks, paddle board, pedal board or floats (my fav). Relax while the kids dive off the dock into the clean spring-fed lake. Or, relax inside the house , reading a book and gazing onto the lake from your wall of windows. Grill dockside as the kids kayak or raft in plain site [provided] Or, socialize with others in this private development that has a communal beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, bocci, golf range, volley ball and baseball diamond.. Or, take a ride into nearby Hudson for antiquing , eclectic restaurants, fun bars or just walking around taking in the hip downtown vibe. Your house is within 20 mins of great golf courses (Catskill GC), craft beer venues (Cross Roads), farms for fruit picking and Olana Castle. We are also very close to Zoom Flume, Catamount zip lining and all the activities happening at Hunter, Windham and the Berkshires. So much to do...Or not.

This property is located on one of the most desirable parts of the lake . Water is safe to swim, wide open views and easy access to explore. Definitely consider lakefront location before you rent
