The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return the Sleepy Hollow bracelets, swipe card. and parking passes to the basket. Please send a photo of the items in the basket. There will be a $50 charge per missing item.
Make sure the cover is back on the hot tub and is left in standard mode (STD) at 101 degrees.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking or vaping inside of the home will incur a $200.00 fine.
We allow one pet under 50 pounds at $50.00 per night.

Sleepy Hollow Lake is a private community. It combines resort amenities (pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, lake, etc.) with a relaxing small-town atmosphere. It has stunning Catskill Mountain views. It's only 2.5 hours from NYC and minutes away from the towns of Hudson and Catskill for great dining and shopping. It also has easy access to major ski resorts making it a great four-season getaway.

The Athens A-Frame balances active entertainment with all season relaxation. The game room is a great hang-out space while the woodstove and hot tub provide "hygge" vibes in the winter and the deck, hammock, and firepit create an outdoor oasis for summer evenings. With three bedroom and 2.5 baths, the house is an ideal size for two families or a group of friends.
