Great house on a quiet street

We stayed here for almost 6 months with a family of 4. The back yard is great for playing. The street is quiet enough that my kids could play outside without me worrying. The house itself is really functional - 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. You can walk to the magnificent Van Nuys park a block north, and can run over to Trader Joe's and the Fashion Square Mall. I'll miss that part a lot!The owner is really quick to communicate, and there is a local point of contact for additional fixes.We have a lot of fond memories while staying here, and I'm really glad we picked this house.

This was our second time staying at this house and it was just as lovely as the first time. Sam, who manages the property, is very communicative and is always a pleasure to talk to. They have a well stocked kitchen with every kitchen appliance you could possibly want. And if you feel like they're missing one. The area is great. There's some lovely things within walking distance, like an amazing coffee shop and not one, but 2 trader Joe's on the same block, as well as the mall. I was worried that the new apartment buildings built across the street would make it very loud and busy, however, they built a large sound wall and it actually makes the cul de sac, really quiet and peaceful.

Super owner with a great place to stay

We needed a place to stay long term, that was safe for our 12 year old dog. Maher's home in Sherman Oaks was the perfect fit for us. It has everything you need and most importantly it had a flat, fully fenced yard for our pup. We originally needed the home for 3 months, we ended up staying for a total of 4 months. Maher was super responsive to all communication and was also very accommodating to our needs. He was also very responsive to any needs that came up the house - he even let us park our car in the garage! We would have no hesitation to stay at Maher's home again. Thank you so much Maher for everything!
