About this property

Renovated stone house, in the heart of the vineyards, with private heated swimming pool

Located in Hyères in the Sauvebonne Valley, just 15 minutes from the beaches and 4 km from Pierrefeu-du-Var, this entire stone house dating from 1854, a former farmhouse located in the heart of the wine estate, offers a magical and serene setting, where a private swimming pool of reasonable dimensions is housed, heated in two days to 27° in all seasons. Recently renovated by an architect, the building opens onto a green garden of 650 m² facing south, with breathtaking close and distant views. The land adjoins, without fence, a vast plot of vines (organic farming), ideal for contemplative walks with children or dogs, in the middle of a preserved fauna and landscape. Meet the stars of the property: Babouche, Jundred, Bobo, and Zoubir, the four dwarf goats, who never tire of being pampered by young and old! Enjoy a pure moment of calm in Provence, and discover the Golden Islands, the old town and castle of Hyères, the Villa Noailles, the Coastal Path in Giens, or the Abbey of Thoronet...
