Welcome to our beautiful apartment, in a secure residence, sea view, quiet and elegant, air-conditioned, ideally located at Anse Mitan in Trois Ilets one of the most sought-after places in Martinique.
The residence is a few metres from the beach within walking distance, it is secure and very quiet.
The apartment is located on the second floor with a view of the bay of Fort-de-France. It is bright, well ventilated, with its kitchen in the veranda equipped with hob, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and all the necessary utensils.
You will have a washing machine.
The bedroom with double bed.is air-conditioned, it has a work area with wi-fi.
You will appreciate the private parking space of the residence which is reserved for you with an access code. The little extra comfort: As soon as you enter on the ground floor, you have a private and secure box exclusively reserved for your use, much more than a cellar, it is a real healthy and easy-to-access storage space to store your suitcases, your golf equipment or anything else, without cluttering your living space.
From your terrace or from the beach which is a few metres away, you can admire the magnificent sunsets. Although the Residence is very quiet, given that it is in a dead end, you are a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops, the Creole village and the casino.
Anse Mitan also offers a multitude of activities for all tastes, Scuba diving, Towed buoy, Parasailing, Jet-skiing, Kayaking, Paddle, Golf, and more.
The Studio is an invitation to relax and escape. You can access Fort-de-France, Anse à l'âne and its beach by sea shuttle 200 metres from the residence.
Several tourist visits nearby: the slave savannah, the cane museum, the Pagerie, which is the family home of Empress Joséphine, the museum of the sea, Mongofil Martinique and the Golf course.
