Only 9 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Atlantic beach! 4 minutes drive to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals, 5 minutes to the Cocoa beach pier, 20 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center, 42 minutes to the Orlando International Airport, and about 50 minutes to the Disney World and the Universal Studios in Orlando!

The space of the house: one king size bed and a comfortable couch in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two sofas in the living area. Three adults staying two nights before a cruise. Short walk to be on the beach. We saw a rocket launch from cabana real and only 7 min to cruise ship port! Very clean would stay again

Perfect overnight stay

We stayed in between cruises and it couldn’t have been better. The house is immaculate and had plenty of space. The morning coffee was much appreciated. There was a nice tiki bar restaurant within walking distance and the food was very good.

Fantastic property located in a wonderful neighborhood. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and a very awesome bar that plays live music on weekends. House was clean and perfect for our stay in Florida before boarding our cruise. Must stay property if anyone is planning a visit to Cape Canveral.

The house is very spacious, clean, with very well equipted kitchen. The owners provide beach boards and beach chairs, toys to play in the sand and on the beach. Wouldn''t think twice about reserving it again.

Perfect pre-cruise vacation home

The home was in the perfect location. Its close to several restaurants, it close to the rental return, its close to the beach, and close to the cruise port. The house was very nice, clean, and had a washer/dryer, which was a bonus. Jeff, the host was very friendly and got back to us quickly. Highly recommend!

This home is conveniently located to everything. Less than 10 minutes to port and Cocoa Beach. Less than 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Quiet neighborhood just a block off main highway. Adorable duplex with all of the necessary amenities. Felt like home away from home. Clean, spacious and great location a block or two from beautiful beach. Jeff and Ryan were great even allowing for an additional night at end of stay, early checkin and pick up if package delivered after completing stay. Both had excellent communication and prompt responses. Would definitely stay again if available. Even enquired about possible long term rental but unfortunately owners plan on putting it on market and it is more than I can afford

Wonderful CLEAN vacation home!

Wonderful vacation home, owners available to talk as needed. Quick replies. This rental has everything you could possibly need and extremely clean! There was a cooler and beach chairs in the garage available for us to use, and a umbrella which was nice because Florida weather is all over the place! Short walk to the beach, literally at the end of the road!!! The only thing that we had trouble with is the little bar across the street, they played music loud and our kiddo wanted to stay up with the music, haha! But we bought some ear plugs and we’re good to go! Would definitely stay here again!

Cocoa Beach

The property is not advertised as a duplex. It is. Home needed a good cleaning. No live television even after they provided Hulu. Lights were burnt out or not working. Main bath shower has mold. Limited paper products or none at all. Master bedroom mattress is very hard. Best part was the tiki bar next door. Great place.

Hi Duane, thank you for staying at our property and your comments. Our listing pictures clearly show that the property is a duplex. Regarding your complaint about the mold, we have checked and found that there was no mold in the main bath shower. It is actually a dark spot in the caulking that cannot be removed using chemicals. About the lack of paper products, we provide a few paper towels in each bathroom located under the sink. We have also changed the flickering light. Regarding the mattress in the master bedroom, many guests have told us that they like our master bedroom mattress very much and asked us where they could purchase the same mattress. Because of this reason, we will keep using this mattress. Thanks!
