Only 9 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Atlantic beach! 4 minutes drive to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals, 5 minutes to the Cocoa beach pier, 20 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center, 42 minutes to the Orlando International Airport, and about 50 minutes to the Disney World and the Universal Studios in Orlando!

The space of the house: one king size bed and a comfortable couch in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two sofas in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops let you cook your favorite food while on vacation.
