The Space:

The house has a reverse layout: the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the living areas upstairs.



On the ground floor, you can enjoy a comfortable master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second double bedroom and a large children's bedroom. The latter has a bunk bed and a triplex bed (a 3-tier bunk bed). This room is a real paradise for children, who will find lots of books and games there. On this floor, you will also find a beautiful bathroom with a bath and shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge, and a separate toilet.



The upper floor consists of a large living room with a view. You can cook in a beautiful, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a lovely view of the entrance to Aber Benoit. There is also a large dining area and a comfortable lounge with a TV area and a large bookcase filled with books, as well as a separate toilet.

On sunny days, you can also enjoy the very large wooden terrace, allowing you to have lunch while enjoying the sun and the view.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Animals are also welcome, the garden is particularly fully enclosed.
