Lovely accomodation, just a few minutes on foot from the city centre of Graz and 50 minutes by car from the Red Bull Ring.The host gave us all the needed informations.Only thing missing was the AC, but i guess it's not often that hot there as it was in those days!

Great location and facilities

Terrific apartment nestled at the foot of Schlossberg. Early morning walks from the doorstep as well as a bakery and supermarkets close by. Trams and bus also close and Christian provides information about which ones to use for arrival. We easily walked to all the central Graz tourist sites and caught trams too.

Great location and host; nice facilities

Herr Dr. Ruess is a gracious host. We have stayed with him at least three times for a total of at least six weeks, so we’re repeat customers! The unit is quiet, it’s convenient to public transit, and it is fully equipped with kitchen, bath, washer, dryer, and WiFi. We’ll be back!

Great roomy apartment

The apartment is very roomy. The kitchen is well-stocked with necessities. Christian was very helpful with questions. On bus and streetcar lines.

Very well equipped apartment and very cool which was great because of the hot weather. Kitchen facilities everything there except a pop up toaster although there is a small toaster oven. Wi Fri access very good but TV we found a bit hit or miss and could only find CNN or SKY news for English. 8 minute walk to a Spar supermarket and 5 minutes to the Schlossberg funicular. Overall a great place in a great location.

It was great last time - now it’s even better!

Lots of renovations, from significant bath and kitchen cabinets and surfaces, new floor and ceilings, new light fixtures and more. Wow! Dr. Ruess is a great host - proactively communicating and available but never overbearing.

Alles gut! Zweites Mal jetzt in diesem Apartment gewesen. Super zentral gelegen, Bus- und S-Bahnhaltestellen direkt vor der Haustür, alles im Apartment vorhanden was man braucht, gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Vermieter schickt vorher noch eine Mail, in der alle etwaigen Fragen bereits beantwortet sind, die Lage ist optimal! Ich würde sofort wieder buchen!Einziges Manko ist der Geruch bei Eintritt in die Wohnung. Feuchtigkeit? Wir haben viel gelüftet und geheizt. In meinem Schlafzimmer war es dann fein, in Bad und Küche ebenfalls. Der Flur und etwas im Wohnzimmer ist es noch etwas suboptimal. Vielleicht lässt sich da noch etwas drehen.

Insgesamt war an unserem Aufenthalt alles sehr angenehm. Von der Vorbereitung unserer Anreise bis zur Abreise waren unsere Gastgeber mit vielen Ratschlägen eine norme Hilfe. Viele Tips rund ums Parken, den ÖPNV, um interne zu beachtende Aspekte, wir waren immer in besten Händen. Die Lage ist perfekt stadtnah mit Bus und Bahn direkt vor der Tür und vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die 5 Sterne für die 'Bewertung kommen aus voller Überzeugung.

Schöne Wohnung für Graz-Touristen

Perfekt. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, perfekte Lage in jeglicher Hinsicht: Bus und Bahn in direkter Nähe, toller Bäcker um die Ecke, kurze Wege in die Innenstadt und auf den Schlossberg! Wir kommen wieder!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in prima Lage im Zentrum von Graz

Die Wohnung liegt zentral gelegen, ist aber ruhig. Haltestellen für den ÖPNV sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
