The apartment is located in the heart of Graz's old town, in the pedestrian zone, in the rear building of a modernized 17th-century building. This makes it quiet despite its central location. The building is equipped with an elevator, which is located directly opposite the apartment.

The 46 m² studio apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and small freezer, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
The separate bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a towel radiator, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a vanity with a mirror.

The toilet is a separate room, also equipped with a vanity and a mirror.

The large living/bedroom opens onto a small balcony. The sleeping area, with a kingsize box spring bed, is separated from the rest of the room by wardrobes. The living area features a sofa bed with a coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi router, and a dining table with four chairs, which can also be used as a workspace.

A fantastic weekend stay here. Perfect for setting up camp and games outside the airstream, visiting the brewery and adventuring in the surrounding area. Easy check-in with the lockbox and hosts were communicative with the directions. Looking forward to another visit!

Perfekte Ausgangsbasis,

… um Graz zu erkunden. Großzügig mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte und alles tipptopp funktionsfähig, außerdem superfreundliche Interaktion mit Herrn Kienreich. Da wir beide momentan etwas mobilitätseingschränkt sind, kam uns der Aufzug ganz besonders zupass. Die Altstadt vor der Tür, Hauptplatz mit Tram & Worscht um die Ecke, Schlossberg nebenan – wir kommen da bestimmt wieder hin!

Super gelegen im Zentrum von Graz. Sehr viele Lokale und Kneipen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, es ist kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
