The blue bedroom overlooks the villa’s garden, while the kitchen-diner and the green bedroom offer a view of the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social Sciences, and Economics) at the University of Graz.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need. The new bathroom is equipped with a washing machine that includes a dryer function.
The apartment is furnished with plenty of flair and charm and offers plenty of space for up to 7 people. Ideal for families with children, two couples, two families with young children, or a group of friends. Each bedroom features an extra-comfortable, hotel-quality double bed (180x200 cm). The blue bedroom also includes a pull-out sofa bed measuring 180x200 cm. The green bedroom is furnished with a 140x200 cm sofa bed. A cot for toddlers and a high chair can also be provided upon request; a secure parking space is included with the apartment.
