Nice place and location. Host was very responsive. Two dogs on property were let out and started barking at 6am most mornings. Otherwise the place is a 5.

Panoramic view with elegance

I was quite impressed with the layout of the apartment. There were floor to ceiling windows and separate accommodations for my adult nephew and myself. The common area was between the two bedrooms which afforded additional privacy.The apartment is gated with access for personal vehicles. There is a jacuzzi and large screen TV in the common area which has outside patio. We were very fortunate to have been treated so well. Our host made himself available for communication and there were no issues with WiFi. Well done!

Beautiful views of San Jose

We were very comfortable at this property. The location has beautiful views of San Jose, including the eastern and northern mountains. Because the apartment is within a locked exterior gate, we kept the windows partially open 24/7 to enjoy the Costa Rican breezeThe apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and store leftovers from our restaurant adventures. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and had desks (Wi-Fi was good) and closet cabinets which made it easy to store things. Both bathrooms were very clean and modern.The space is nicely designed with the kitchen and salon on the middle floor with one bedroom below and one above. Since we arrived after 4 days in Panama, we appreciated having a washer/dryer combo machine to do much needed laundry.Check in was easy and the family, who lives adjacent, was polite and friendly but never intrusive. Most of our interactions were with a very sweet maid who helped us check in, picked up dirty towels on day 4 (you can request service more frequently), and checked us out on departure.Parking for the apartment was at the front door to the apartment and was under a permanent shelter. In the event of rain, you won't need an umbrella to reach your vehicle.We found this property very convenient to much of San Jose by car or UBER.All in all we had a great experience at this property and highly recommend it.

Nice, clean, easy

Awesome property manager/owner. He responds to your requests or questions quickly. He also hooks you up to reliable taxi drivers. Beautiful property and within walking distance to restaurants and markets.
