Cottage comprising: living room with fireplace, kitchen with beautiful stone sink, 1 Ch with 2 beds 90, SE, WC. Upstairs mezzanine, 1 Ch overlooking the terrace solarium, 1 bed 140. Electric heating in addition (€35 / week and €15 / week end). Owner engaged in an eco-environmental approach. Cottage of character located in a winemaker Corbières village on the road to the sites of the Cathar country crossing Talairan with large garden and garage. Terrace solarium, patio behind the House and barbecue. Small garden of aromatic plants. Village with small shops and many wine tasting cellars. Walks marked trails between garrigues pine forests and vineyards. Mediterranean beaches in 1 hour.
