Nestled on the edge of the Coconino National Forest, you will be steps away from Lake Odell and winding hiking trails that lead to Crystal Point. Just a 90-min drive from North Phoenix, 25 min to Flagstaff, <1 hr to Sedona, < 2 hrs from Grand Canyon, and 1 hour from Snow Bowl Ski Resort. Sleeps 6 adults: one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one bedroom with queen sized bed, and upstairs loft with king sized bed. Additional pillows and blankets provided. 1 full bathroom with shower downstairs and 1 half-bath upstairs. Staying in for meals is easy with the well-appointed kitchen including dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, food storage containers, and spices. Snuggle up with a favorite book next to a crackling wood-burning fireplace in the spacious living room. Board games, puzzles, and cards grant indoor entertainment for all ages. Discover the wonders of nature amid the forest and Lake Odell. 2 person inflatable kayak for exploring the lake. Tackle box and fishing poles provided for the anglers in your group for catch and release fishing. Fun and relaxation is waiting for you at this inviting deluxe mountain retreat.

This was our second visit to this beautiful cabin, where we enjoyed a long weekend of hiking, exploring, and relaxing with family. The cabin was spotless upon our arrival, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the supplies and amenities we needed for cooking and grilling. Laura was very easy to work with, making the rental process stress-free. We're sure we'll be returning soon.

great stay in Munda Park

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a higher end home than many other cabins we're rented in the area and communications with the host were very smooth. It is also up against the forest so you don't look into other homes and there are trails to walk on. Great stay!

Christmas at the cabin

Amazing property

We really enjoyed our stay with a roaring fire during a rain storm one day and a huge charcuterie board with friends on another day. This cabin is very comfortable and a wonderful place to spend time with loved ones.

Great getaway in the woods

Living in Phoenix it's great to be able to get away to the woods and a cooler climate. My family loved this quiet cabin in a rustic setting. All the basics were taken care of and we felt right at home. The cabin is at the end of a road with lots of trails nearby and a small lake.

Great memories were made

We loved our stay. Even though the home was "rustic," essentially a large log cabin, it was cozy and warm and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We loved the trees, the fireplace, the walk through the woods and to the lake, and the good internet. Laura was prompt and helpful in all her communications with us.

Beautiful getaway!

We stayed Christmas weekend. Was so nice. Did alot of walking & exploring in the snow. Nice & easy drive into flagstaff if need to. Amazing coffee shop around the corner. Restaurants unfortunately were not open all weekend,so wasn't able to eat there. Definitely will come back. Laura was amazing to work with even after we left.

Amazing Special Cabin Weekend

Everything was perfect. Green space is good for the mind body and soul. We had a great time. Great communication. Absolutely will come back. Didn't catch any fish but it was a glorious experience for my kiddos regardless just to be lakeside in the clean crisp air. We loved every second!

Relaxing get-a-way!

From the start, communication with owner was top notch! Cabin has been tastefully decorated with a warm and inviting feeling to it. Cabin is kitted with quality items throughout. Location can't get any better if you want to enjoy fresh air in a woodland setting. Would stay here again and highly recommend this rental!

My husband, 2 daughters, and I live in Phoenix. We have always dreamed of owning a cabin in the woods and feel extremely blessed to reach this goal. I am excited to share this special place and I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

Why they chose this property

This is a true log cabin. It really feels like you are in the woods with the surrounding pine trees. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, an apron front sink, soft-close drawers, and granite countertops.

What makes this property unique

The location of this property is outstanding with unobstructed views of the forest and partial views of the lake. You walk to the lake and or hike to Crystal point without having to get in your car. Or you can sit on the porch and enjoy the peace and quiet space. Several games, DVDs, and free wifi with Netflix and Amazon TV are included.
