Holiday bungalow 55 m2 with its own driveway and outdoor shower, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, induction cooker and oven. Completely renovated in 2016, with heating with flat screen TV with German satellite TV, for a maximum of 4 people.
Beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, wide sandy beach with many restaurants.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, a supermarket, restaurants and bars.
Torredembarra can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
When renting during the heating season, the consumption costs will be charged extra.

Très bonne location de vacances

Nous avons loué la maison auprès de Anja, qui est très disponible et très gentille. La maison est très bien située à 8 min à pieds de la plage et des magasins alimentaires. La propreté était parfaite. La seule chose qui manquait était la climatisation, sinon notre séjour a été parfait. Je vous recommande les yeux fermés les locations de Anja.

Schöne Wohnung mit praktischem Außenbereich Kinderfreundlich

Der Kontakt mit Fam. Krumm war sehr nett und unkompliziert, die Übergabe der Schlüssel usw. verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, Küche und Bad sind neuwertig. Das Anwesen ist gänzlich umfriedet mit Mauer und Tor, also perfekt mit Kindern die dadurch draußen auf dem Hof toben und spielen können und nicht raus auf die Straße können. Das Auto hat im Hof auch noch Platz. Die Lage ist ruhig und bis zum echt schönen Strand sind es zu Fuß nur 10min. Torredembarra ist insgesamt ein schönes uberschaubares Städtchen mit Charme und Flair. Der Supermarkt Carefour direkt in der Nähe ist sehr gut sortiert und bietet eine gute Fleisch und Fisch Theke, die Bäckerei um die Ecke haben immer frisches warmes leckeres Brot. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und könnten uns vorstellen noch einmal in der Villa Milda Ferien zu machen. Ihre Fam Goldbach

Nous retournerons chez Anja les yeux fermés. Très bon accueil, maison très confortable, bien situé dans le quartier de la Clara (à 10 minute à pied de la plage). Terrasse agréable pour manger. Nous conseillons vraiment !

Eine tolle Unterkunft für unbeschwerte Urlaubstage

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Milda verlebt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles da, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Strand ist nahe bei und der Bäcker liegt um die Ecke. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Familie Krumm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bonjour tres Bonne location,propriétaires très sympathique je recommande cette annonce

Location très bien situé calme près de la mer pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se baigné.Pour allé dans le centre possibilité dit aller à pied Pour personne aimant la marche.Autrement prendre la voiture parking gratuit à proximité du centre car beaucoup de rue piétonne.La location correspond à l'annonce pas de surprise très propre.Manque juste un micro onde.
