First a toe and then a foot and before you know it you are weightless floating along breathing in the fresh air and looking at the clouds thinking that you must be dreaming. This home is simple and charming and just right for a special weekend or amazing lifetime at the beach.

The home is quaint and comfortable, and the pool and jacuzzi out back in your private, completely fenced back yard is like Nirvana found, just for you. Close to everything you need and anything you want, you will let the vibe at Hip Nautic ease you into gentler times, enjoying ocean breezes, exhilarating Sunrises and Sun-sational sunsets.

Walk for miles along this beautiful white sandy coast and fall into your comfy bed at night fully sated and ready to dream beautiful dreams. You will more than enjoy Hip Nautic.

The scent of the salt sea air begins to feel like home and the peaceful feeling begins to invade all of your senses. Ending your day in the wonderful, heated pool and spa is the icing on the cake.

There is a fee to heat the pool but many never need it here in Florida. Let us know if you like it toasty and we will begin to heat it a few days before your arrival. Hip Nautic and The Proper Group aim to please so come visit Hip Nautic and let us make your vacation a Proper one

Please note:
$150 fee to heat the hot tub and/or pool. Let us know prior to arrival if you would like to add this amenity. The pool and spa heat can not be run at same time per the system. From 6 am-6 pm pool heat is on. From 6 pm- midnight spa heat kicks on. Pool when heated is set to 85

Must be at least 25 years or older to rent. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.

Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet. This includes emotional support animals ( ESA).

Children must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area at all times. Use at your own risk.

Please rinse off feet, shoes, and any beach accessories before entering the home. We thank you.

Perfect place, just blocks away from friends home and the beach

We came to visit some friends who moved away five years ago from Washington state. We’ve never been to Florida or to visit them and we were lucky to book this place so close to their home and within walking and biking distance . The place was roomy and had everything we needed. Very clean and we appreciated the easy keypad entry.

Great stay but sketchy cleaning crew

Beautiful home. Steps to beach. We literally would walk to the ocean in our flip flops and nothing else. Pool was great. Cons that the pool guy showed up unannounced and I was naked in bed. Also, cleaning crew said we broke a vacuum and stained sheets. Untrue. The house was totally awesome, but hopefully the owner has hired better management people.

Frustrating

Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Decent location. Property management leaves a lot to be desired…particularly in response to things not working (door lock, garbage disposal, pool/hot tub heating, microwave, patio door, screen door, patio furniture, beach equipment). Spent too many hours on phone or email trying to get things fixed.

The house and location are really nice. However, don’t count on the pool or hot tub being warm enough to get in unless it is summer. We paid for heated pool and hot tub. IT DID NOT WORK. The owner contact let telling me it was working. On the 4th day we were there, a really nice lady from the property manager came. She banged on the fan and it began working. For about 2hours and quit again. There was also looked like there had been a ceiling leak in the master bedroom with black growth on the

Perfect House and Location!

This was the perfect spot for my recent weekend girls trip. The location is absolutely ideal and the house is very spacious. We also enjoyed having the pool and hot tub. We definitely would recommend and book again. Communication was also wonderful and they were always very attentive.

Great bungalow with plunge pool and spa

We loved the location to the beach. Just a quick two minute walk. And really enjoyed the plunge pool with spa and the patio entertaining area. It was perfect for the four of us. Great communication from the property manager. Much appreciated the quick responses to questions.

Wish We Had Loved It...

This is a nice beachside home..exactly as pictured. When we arrived, 2 tv's were not working and the ceiling fans were set at lightening speed. Maintenance did come and add batteries to one remote and found the other remote under a bed. Bring your Netflix/HBO account information to access them. The ceiling fans were adjusted. We were told that these were non issues and we could have adjusted the fans by standing on the bed and pulling the 2 inch chain. Seriously? Our biggest issue was the pool and spa-The pool remote was non operable as owners now had taken control of the heat settings- we later learned that the pool and spa could not be heated simultaneously; each system was limited to a 12 hour cycle every 24 hours and never reached proper temperature-purchased pool thermometer to confirm readings of pool at 83 and spa 85. Outdoor furniture stained and rusty as was grill. Lots of beach chairs and beach towels and cooler. No lamps in bedrooms, bath towels thin and aged. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/coffee makers. Paid premium price for stay as pool and spa were a feature that we were told would be an additional $150-which we don't intend to pay. If I owned this property, I would physically visit to experience the quirks and amenities. Photos available to share.

Hot tub doesn’t work

House is nice and location is fabulous. If you are going for the hot tub soaks keep on looking. I had to contact them every single day and ask them to please turn on the hot tub. IF and I mean IF it was turned on, it only stays on till 8pm then shuts down. So the next day it takes hours to get hot again and that is IF they have turned it back on. We wanted to soak in the evenings for my birthday week. Nope. Didn’t happen. They tried to say it was working because it “at times” it was hot and sent snapshots to VRBO to prove they “had it on”. A rental or realtor company manages this listing so I think if it were a personal homeowner they would have cared more. They claimed they did not know how to change the settings. Pool guys even came and agreed it was not hot and I was right and they still claimed I was wrong. Also pool was dirty when we got there. Sand and debris and previous peoples googles in the pool. Microwave had crumbs so you could tell it wasn’t cleaned. And wash cloth left in bathroom floor by housekeeping. As well as wet blanket left in washer. I believe housekeeping was there but it was a quick job. Oh one last thing. Refrigerator setting is so low (probably to save money) it was like putting our groceries in a cooler not a fridge. Drinks never got what I’d consider normal refrigerator temp. And they locked the settings so you can’t change it. You can tell a company manages this house and not a homeowner. Has potential to be amazing tho

Beautiful beach getaway

Wonderful place to stay. Large kitchen and living room for kids to play. Easy access to the beach and many restaurants walking distance to choose from. Pool area was gorgeous. Definitely would stay here again.

house needs to be better stocked with the basics, very difficult to cook in the kitchen with what pots/pans that was supplied. floors where very dirty looked like they had not been cleaned in awhile. They could have at least got the sand off of the counter tops. pools was nice and location was nice also.

It was great.

Walking distance to the beach. Private hot tub and pool. Clean. It was great, felt like home for the week. There was a slight issue with the heater for the pool/hot tub at first but they were able to address this quickly one we pointed it out. Would recommend.
