Great stay!

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The house was in a great location and was super clean. Plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy the long weekend. Beverly was very helpful and responsive for check in and anything we needed throughout the stay.

This is a beautiful spacious property with an amazing yard. It is very close to a couple of state parks and the beach. The house is fresh and clean and is the best stocked VRBO we have ever visited. Literally everything we needed was there. The host was very responsive and checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure there were no problems and even let us know about a free concert one evening just down the road. All in all a great stay in a delightful property.

Beautiful stay for a Beautiful wedding at the Mansion ! The only thing we missed was an iron , we tried the steamer but didn’t work . But everything worked out well . Thank You Very Much !

50th Reunion Celebration at CGA

The house was as pictured, stocked with all the necessary items, toiletries and supplies. The house was very spacious and met all our expectations. Beverly, our host, was extremely responsive and handled all our inquiries and requests in a very timely and professional manner. I have no hesitation or reservations regarding utilizing this place again when in the area.

Family Gathering

Our family gathered in New London to tour the Coast Guard Academy (Grandfather was Athletic Director for 29 years) and to visit mother's grave. This house was a perfect place for family talks and remembrance's as well as cookouts and meals together. It was also a great staging point for our trips mentioned above as well as Mistic and the Nautilus. The house was very clean and had all the supplies necessary for our meals and trips. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

New, well equipped

A recently renovated house that is very clean. Near (15 min walk) to the beach ($35 to park weekends!) and Harkness State Park. Also an easy walk to the Eugene O'Neill theater. Beds comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. House is a bit sterile, and the lack of carpet made noises carry. Some confusions around the checkin with the code never showing up on the VRBO app -- not a problem, as the host handled this quickly. Drip coffee maker. Beach towels provided but not chairs/umbrellas.
