Damian and his wife are amazing hosts. The entire house is thoughtfully decorated, every square inch has tasteful little quirky charm. The place is very clean and comfortable. Even on a cool, rainy day we had room to stretch out and sit by the fire and watch some football and Netflix! My family of seven will definitely return!

We had such a lovely stay at this home. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is so well stocked with anything you might need. It’s a very short walk to the beach. We took a day trip to Rhode Island and went to Mystic as well. The balcony upstairs and front porch were great spots for our group of seven to hang out and chat. Highly recommend this property. We already said we may return in the future for another fall trip!

This house is lovely inside and out. Beautifully decorated with lovely plantings. All the furniture and bedding are comfortable. The Hosts think of everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. Who provides a stocked coffee bar? The kitchen is loaded with all sorts of dishes and cook ware. Access to the private beach is easy and just steps away. Umbrellas, beach chairs and a cart to haul them are all provided.

This was our third year spending a family beach week in this beautiful home. It fits our family just right, plenty of room to spread out or gather together, inside or outside. The kitchen is stocked with everything imaginable, and even with a crowd the rooms are quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The very quiet private beach at the end of the road is just right for small children, and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are available. Our grandchildren dream all year about “our beach house” and talk about it frequently, it has become an anchor for the young cousins and is already full of memories. We have been very impressed with how genuinely kind and welcoming the local homeowners have been to we out of towners, everyone is pleasant.

The house was beautiful, just as described, and perfect for our family of nine. There was plenty of room and with nine people we still did not utilize all of the beds available. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great space to enjoy meals with family. The living areas were very spacious, which gave everyone room to spread out to play games to read or just rest. Plenty of games are provided. The home is beautifully decorated, and well appointed and CLEAN, just two blocks from a gorgeous private beach with incredibly clear water. The upper deck was a wonderful spot for our family together. The views are beautiful. Damien was super accommodating and made everything easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily recommend this home 100%.

Two years ago we stayed in this neighborhood and loved it. However this home was perfect for our family. It was spacious and extremely clean, the first floor bedroom and bathroom worked really well for us. Everything you could possibly need or want is in this home, from the kitchen appliances to the towels, the beautiful artwork and knickknacks, the overall space. The deck off the bedroom, the outside area in the front and back of the house, including the flowers and landscaping was lovely. We loved the enclosed front porch. Access to the private beach is a plus, we have met several neighbors over the years! Our only regret is that we didn’t have as much time to enjoy this home, the beach and its surroundings, as we spent many hours in Mystic at dance nationals. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely return!

Wonderful stay

This was our second year bringing family together for a week at the shore. The house is perfect for a group, plenty of room to spread out, and beautiful quiet beach access a short walk away, just right for small children. We’ve booked again for 2026, third time’s a charm

Wonderful family reunion

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private beach was great and we enjoyed walking to the Ocean State Beach and walking the boardwalk. The house was well furnished and it was comfortable for the seven adults and 1 child.

Nice house near the water

This house is great - very spacious, lovely furnishings, and all the things you could need. The weather was not so great during our visit, but it was still lovely to see the ocean out the window (we even saw a beautiful sunrise one morning) and the beach was nearby. The house is close to Mystic and other seaside towns which made it a good base to explore the area from.

Family reunion in New London

We had a wonderful time in this house. This house is well-furnished and located in walking distance to a private beach. A view from the terrace is amazing. The house owner is very kind and responsive with any questions. We would love to return next year!
