Vacation house of your dreams! 4bdrm/3.5bth with pool/spa

Welcome to The Roadrunner! Your perfect vacation home! Just bring yourself with family and friends and know the rest has been taken care of.
3 bedrooms have King size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is the bunk room, suited with two sets of bunk beds.
There is a 1/2 bath in the hallway for your guests.
Walk down the wide hallway and enjoy the sprawling ceiling height into the heart of the home. Enjoy the open floor plan with the kitchen completely open to the living room. The inviting living room is furnished with comfortable leather couches that recline for perfect movie nights or football games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. Double ovens, gas range, dishes and glassware for 10, plus much more.
Then head on outside to a large inviting covered patio with an outdoor tv, luxury seating surrounding a fire pit and a dining table. Then just use the spa remote to turn on the large inviting spa to relax and enjoy the star filled nights or enjoy cooling off in the private swimming pool.
This home is perfect for family get togethers, a group of friends, or anyone looking to enjoy the wonderful weather and things the desert has to offer.
The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is across the street and walkable from the house. We are in the Mecca of beautiful golf courses for all the golf nuts, and also close to the Polo grounds which host Coachella and Stagecoach.
This home is only permitted for 30+ day rentals. Please reach out to see if we can accommodate your desired stay.
There are 3 cameras on the property. One is by the front door, one in the garage and the other is by the side gate. They are only to monitor the access points of the property. None are inside the home or in the backyard.

We have rented several homes in the Palm Desert area but this by far is our absolute favorite! The location is so close to everything you want, the privacy is great and the home has the best flow and layout for 2 or more. We will definitely rent this home in the future!!!

4 brothers birthday week and 3 weeks of couple's golf

From start to finish we had a great visit. The first week was 4 brothers getting together for birthdays and many days of golf. This house is great with indoor and outdoor entertaining. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, laundry etc. every room is equipped with a TV and 3 of the 4 rooms have ensuite plumbing. We enjoyed the patio firepit for evening night caps and had many nights playing card games or watching Netflix movies. The spa is a great feature for warming up pre golf games and winding down in afternoons after golf. The gated community is very quiet with no traffic. It is a great location, close to everything from grocery stores, specialty stores, golf courses, restaurants etc. I have recommended this rental to friends who have also had great experiences. The host's bend over backwards to make certain everything is to your liking.

Perfect in every way!! Highly recommend! Better than the photos!! Amanda was extremely responsive and checked in a number of times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Everything you want in an owner. We have stayed at a lot of rentals and she had it set up perfectly. She left instructions for everything. Down to labeling the tv remotes and light switches. Home is in a lovely, newer gated neighborhood near the Indian Wells Tennis center. Great central location- close to both La Quinta and Palm Desert. So clean and furnished like a model home. Super fast Wi-Fi helped with remote work. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. House was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. Definitely good for families or groups. Pool and spa were perfect - shaded backyard would be great in the hotter months. The outdoor tv was a bonus. Can’t wait to go back!
