Sunrises and Open water, overlooking Bonefish Bay in Key Colony Beach. This property has a private 37 feet of dockage for your boat and comes with 4 one-person kayaks. The boating access to the Ocean is quick and you can dock at Sparkeys for a bite to eat, or have them cook your catch. Cabana Club Membership is included, which is a Beach and Pool in a private Club on Key Colony Beach.

This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ground level, with a Huge screened-in porch and grilling area. Modern kitchen and open-concept living areas. Open water views from these living areas. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and utilizes the hall way bath. The master suite has a queen size bed and a private ensuite bath. Washer and Dryer is off of the master bedroom bath.

The City of Key Colony Beach is a A great walking community, and within walking distance to the Cabana Club, Sunset Park, Public Pickle ball courts, 9 hole golf course, Trailer storage area. Childrens playground, tennis courts and basketball court. Plenty of things to do!

Trailers must be stored at the Key Colony Beach Trailer storage area. There is a daily fee.

There are exterior cameras on the front and back of this property for security.

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25-year-old must be present during the entire stay)

We loved having our boat in the water right out the back door. We found first rate dive/snorkel reefs so close to our rental. The only thing we didn't like was parking and that we were on a main road.

Disappointed with Property

The interior of the home was clean, but the outside of the property left much to be desired. The A/C units were window units and emitted a moldy and musty smell. Would definitely not recommend for anyone with respiratory issues. The outside of the unit was trashy and the fascia board on the canal side was torn and flapping. The screens on the lanai were also torn. Would never rent this unit again. Very disappointing considering the location and price.

Perfect H2o Therapy. Like Comfort food for the soul.

Some properties just have that warm, comforting, welcoming feeling that makes you glad simply to be there and H2o Therapy is such a place. Everything was in perfect working order. All the interior features were clean and inviting. There is a concrete pathway from the driveway to the door and from the door all the way to the boat at the dock. The covered screened in lanai is the most perfect place to watch the sunrise and listen to the breeze in the palm trees all day. You can't believe that the driveway is the most perfect place to watch the sunset but with the open water there it actually is. The air conditioners are quiet and flawless. The dock has a post on the opposite side of the boat in the bow and stern areas so you can properly tie the boat and keep it off the dock for tide changes. The hose is there for rinse down and is convenient. The location is close to the ramp where you can launch your boat upon arrival, Key Colony Inn is great food AND The fact that you belong to the Key Colony beach club FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY and can use the pool and facilities... is out of this world convenient and a great bonus. The beach club is really nice. The Cuban sandwich is fantastic and the people are inviting. To stay in a place like this, with a view like this, with a connection to a beach club like that, in a great location not far from amazing restaurants and the 7 mile bridge with your boat sitting in the backyard on a dock is just flawless.

Great house, beautiful sunrise view, well decorated and well appointed!

My family of 4 adults stayed for a week March 2023. The house is exactly as pictured, well appointed and very well decorated. Right on the water with a dock of you need it and 2 kayaks to use. The water is no wake, so it’s pretty quiet. We saw a manatee swim right under the docks! The screened in porch has more than enough comfy furniture and was great to relax in and be out of the sun. Everything we could have needed was there. While we had a great time and he house is very nice, there are a couple things people should understand. Things that are somewhat beyond the hosts control. First, the bedroom with the queen bed is part of a converted garage space. Because of that, you have to go through the other bedroom to get to the kitchen/living area. Or go outside through a side door, walk to the kitchen door, and go inside there. We were there with our adult son and his girlfriend - we stayed the the queen room so was a bit awkward having to walk through their bedroom to get to the kitchen area. Mornings we made sure to have a house key with us so we went out the side door to walk around and in through the kitchen. Not a deal breaker for us, but just know this. Don’t get me wrong, the room was very nice with en-suite full bath, just figuring out the logistics kind of through us for a loop. The second thing is that the house is located on the causeway to get in and out of Key Colony Beach. The parking area is a bit tight and you have to back out onto the busy causeway, or pull forward if you can back in without affecting traffic going either direction. Speed limit on the road is 25 so it’s not crazy, but every single car going in and out has to use that road, so it can be busy. In the area, you will have access to the Beach Club with swimming pool and beach area, along with small bar and little snack bar. A nice perk, but it gets super busy and you will have a hard time getting lounge chairs. We went mid afternoon a couple times and did manage to get chairs, but people were starting to leave if they were there a while. And be sure to visit Sunset Park at the end of the road for sunset. It’s an event for everyone! Oh, and the Key Colony Inn has a nice happy hour between 3-5pm with drink specials and $5 select appetizers. We did appetizers for dinner one evening, yummy! Overall, we had a great time and the house is wonderful, just remember the couple issues, but if that won’t bother you, you will have a great stay!
