This is a nice place, but we had communication issues...

Very clean. The pictures are 100% what you will get. None of our questions through Vtrip were ever answered. We were given an inactive door code, and after three frantic calls at 10:30pm, someone answered and we were provided an alternate code. Crisis thankfully avoided. Projection TV is tricky, but we figured it out (did not go to Florida to watch TV anyway). This is one of the smaller floorplans in the condo community. Area has so much to offer. Pool, beach, security are amazing. Very exclusive experience and local beaches are quiet! I recommend and I would stay here again.

The condo itself wasn’t bad. There are a few things I would recommend improving…. Mattresses are hard and the bedding was a rough material. More towels would have been great and it seemed like someone was controlling the AC because when we would turn it down to cool off it wasn’t long and the thermostat was adjusted. The condo is spacious and for the most part was clean. My biggest disappointment was the misunderstanding regarding the Hammock Beach Resort amenities. Cinnamon Beach has 2 pools (one was closed) and a beach entry; however I was under the impression we could use the resort amenities. Like I said it was probably a misunderstanding, but my teens were very disappointed because they were so bored at Cinnamon Beach. I ended up booking rooms at the resort for the amenities and I must say the Hammock Beach Resort is amazing. If you have kids/teens who love activities you may want to consider staying there. The resort informed me that this has become a huge issue with people booking thinking they had access to the amenities. They have been trying to resolve it for years according to the resort. So if you want all the amenities available at Hammock Beach Resort you must book through them directly.
