This Atlantic Coast property does not disappoint! We loved our stay!

So glad we skipped the gulf for a new experience! Everything was top notch, and the price was UNBELIEVABLE! This private community is gated, and includes beautiful condos, homes, and amenities. Even though we were not on the beach, the walk was very short, the water was great, and seeing beach turtles hatch was AMAZING! We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Beautiful Property

It is a beautiful property and condo was nice. However, tub drains very, very slow and ice maker doesn't work correctly. It stays frozen up and ice doesn't fall. You will need to buy ice. If planning to cook, bring containers with lids. There isn't any. Dryer doesn't dry clothes timely. It takes 3 complete cycles to dry towels. Hope this will help to get some things fixed for the next guests because it is a nice condo.

Great, Big Condo! Enjoy the ocean or pools!

Rented this property for a mother/daughter weekend with pre-teens. 2nd floor unit, elevator if needed. Easy drives down the A1A to Flagler, Daytona and St. Augustine. Publix less then 1 mile away. Unit had ice cold air conditioning if you wanted. Spent the day at the pool with a full service grill you could order from for a quick snack or meal. Would stay here again.

INCREDIBLE!!

This condo is amazing. First of all, it's huge! Three bedrooms and one of them has two sets of bunkbeds, so it was perfect for our large family. I was hesitant at first because it's not ocean facing, it's facing a pond/lake. I wasn't sure if the kids would like it not facing the ocean. But holy cow, they LOVED it! There are two alligators, at least two huge turtles/tortoises, and at least one otter living in the pond/lake and my kids saw them every day. Also it's a very pretty lake, and the building is really close to the community pool. Which is also awesome. If I could give this stay MORE than five stars, I would. Loved it!!

Great quiet community/beach for families

We had a great time at Cinnamon Beach. Community is very nice. The condo is nice but does show its age. Some things in the condo are overdue for updates. The master is very nice and spacious. The remaining two bedrooms (meant to accommodate 6 total) are nice but small. The remaining bathroom is quite small and needs some updates. The shower curtain and bar alone need to be replaced. The back balcony is spacious and a great view of the lake. But the furniture is stained and rusty - needs some updating for sure. The bunk bed room was perfect for our kids and they really enjoyed it. Very little natural light (or even artificial) in these front rooms so it was easy to sleep in, but hard to see anything at nighttime. The back screen door needs replacing - not suitable for kids to use or they will certainly break it. Also the main back door is super heavy and hard to open. Kitchen was nice but certainly the bare essentials - if you are eating in, would recommend bringing some Tupperware and storage. The community pool is heated and perfect temperature. Even on a cold day it’s nice and plus the hot tub (always super hot) is a good addition. Splash pad was good for kids (very small ones). Kiddie pool not heated but not a big deal. Of note, no coolers, outside food or drinks, and certainly no pool toys allowed here. Kind of a bummer - not too much fun for our older kids. There is an adults-only pool which we never went to because we have kids. But one would think the stricter rules could apply here. This condo is just across the street from the beach - nice beach access and shower station. The garage also has a hose to wash off beach items. Of note - nowhere to store beach items so they either need to stay in the car or go through the condo to the back balcony. Hard to tell who is vacationing and who are residents here but everyone was very pleasant. Beach is nice - but there is a small stretch of beach with large rocks at the waters edge during low tide. If you want to play or surf in the water safely - you need to walk down a block or two. These were kind of fun to walk on and explore tide pools though. Tide comes up very high and there’s only a small area of beach left for tents etc. This is our second visit to this community - first stayed in one of the houses as we had a group twice the size. Will definitely come back but will probably try a different condo. Also! No grills available in this community. I thought there was but was mistaken.

Bunk bed room for the kids!!

This property was great. It overlooked a pond and we were able to watch the alligators every morning. There was enough space for the whole family. The bunk room was great for my children. We really enjoyed the pool and splash pad. This is out 3 year at this condo complex. We love it !!!

Quick trip to florida

We enjoyed our stay and the size and layout of the condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The only frustration was being given the wrong code to access the front door and having to call (and wait on hold) for Vtrips to reset it for us. We had just driven 10 hours and the kids were tired so that was an inconvenience. Otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Best vacation spot!

We absolutely loved this property! The pictures don’t do it justice, it is so much bigger than we were expecting. We felt very safe in the gated community. The grounds were well kept. The pool areas were perfect, especially if you have little ones (The kiddie splash pad was a major plus for us). The unit overlooks the lake which was full of wildlife (huge turtles, otters, alligators, birds, etc). We loved watching them from the balcony. The unit had a booster seat and a cooler, in case you were thinking of packing them. My only small complaint about the unit was the kitchen was missing some basic cooking utensils/supplies (measuring spoons, salt, pepper, measuring cup, etc). We cooked several nights there, so it made it a little more difficult. The beach access is about a two minute walk from the unit (that’s carrying babies and all their beach crap, maybe quicker other wise lol). The pool was about a 5 minute walk. Overall, we loved Cinnamon Beach and we can’t wait to go back!!

This was one of our best rental experiences ever. We have never seen such a clean property; we normally have to re-clean everything. The beach accesses were closer than we even imagined and the pools were also a short walk. All property attendants were polite and we felt very safe. Beds were comfortable and all furnishings were well-maintained. The deck offers a beautiful view, too. We will definitely return.

Place is good but little bedroom has strong bad smell, maintenance came fast change filter but it didn't help much a lots of glasses have cracks in the sipping area and catch my lip some glasses just cracked

Everything you need, well appointed, very clean, and well decorated! My only minor complaint would be that there is a plastic cover on the mattress of the Queen Bed bedroom - - it's quite crinkly and noisy to sleep on. I completely understand why the owners would want to protect the mattress but perhaps there is a better option. Besides that, beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Clean, beautiful condo very close to the beach!

This condo far exceeded our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to get to the beach. It was less than a minute to walk, and beach wasn’t crowded at all. We kept our beach equipment in the car and picked it up and dropped it off on our way in and out. We found there was ample parking. Although it is a first floor unit, all the buildings are elevated, so it feels like the second floor. The sunsets from the patio and windows are fantastic. The condo is beautifully decorated with quality furniture. All the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The unit is bigger than it appears in the pictures and it was remarkably clean. We didn’t bring hand soap or coffee filters, but Publix, the grocery store, is a quick trip. When it rained, the kids enjoyed the foosball table in the clubhouse. There are two pools, one of which is perfect for toddlers. We felt safe and comfortable for our entire stay and would highly recommend this rental.

It was truly a beach cottage vibe. Liked where it was located, forst floor easy access to the beach.

Really enjoyed staying at Cinnamon Beach. Truly relaxing. The beach was right across the street and not crowded. The condo was airy and "beachy". Easy to enjoy such a fantastic trip!!

Beautiful Property but Ugly Beach

Our actual Condo was amazing. Minus the Fridge Ice machine not working. The property itself is beautiful but the kids pool play area was closed. The beach wasn't overly crowded but the sand is that gritty brown instead of the powdery white like you get at ST Augustine.
