This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean view condo in the private, gated community of Cinnamon Beach is the perfect spot for you and your family to make wonderful vacation memories. The condo is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible from the covered garage by either staircase or elevator.

Decorated with casual coastal comfort in mind, unit 253 comprises nearly 1400 square feet of living space. The primary room with private en-suite has a king sized bed, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with queen and twin beds. All three rooms boast flat screen televisions and tasteful décor. The living room has a 52” Smart TV.

The large 30 foot balcony has spectacular views of the ocean and overlooks the 8th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus designed Hammock Beach Oceanfront golf course; Perfect for relaxing and unwinding!

Within the condo you will find a fully equipped cooks’ kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The pantry also includes cooking necessities such as spices, flour, sugar and oil.

A full size washer and dryer are located within the condo along with plenty of beach towels and linens.

Two full-size adult bicycles are available for your enjoyment along with various beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, games, books, and magazines.

The condo itself is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded quiet environment and includes a lap pool and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The Lake Clubhouse is home to the zero entry family pool and kid “splash zone.” The Cinnamon Grille is also onsite and provides pool-side food service to both the Ocean and Lake Clubhouses. Additional clubhouse amenities include a fitness facility, teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table and theater style seating and flat screen television.

And, of course the beach! Two-and-a-half miles of secluded, semi-private beach literally steps from your door. Clean, quiet and undeveloped.

Cinnamon Beach is a tranquil coastal gem located in Palm Coast, Florida. It is just 20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine, 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, and 75 minutes from Orlando’s famous theme parks.

Also included in the condo is a Welcome Guide filled with helpful information for your stay. It offers information on the activities in Northeast Florida, as well as the historic St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, the Space coast, and Orlando.

Beautiful home

The condo feels like a home away from home! We have gone to cinnamon beach every summer for the last 18 yrs. This condo is by far our favorite. Every bed in the condo is so comfortable. Margo is so quick to respond when you reach out to her. You are close to the beach and just a quick walk away from the pool. You will not be disappointed by staying in this condo. We look forward to coming back next summer!

Beautiful condo that had everything we needed and more! Buildings, grounds and pools are well maintained and the location was perfect! Awesome resort, great amenities, comfortable stay!

We had a great time staying at this Vrbo. Margot was extremely accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the room had mostly everything to accomodate your needs. The resort was nice, amenities were great. One pool has a lagoon and kid play area which was awesome for the kids. Some things to note, there is a toll if you want to get to other restaurants or fast food that’s not at cinnamon beach. Also, the pool is very strict on bringing your own coolers or snacks during their restaurant operating hours. Extremely inconvenient if you are carrying a sandwich or baby pouches and drinks for your kids. Beach access was easy. Other than that it was a great stay.

So Many Extras!!

Margo out does the competition with this property! Everything you need with so many extras. We were greeted with a welcome gift upon arrival and this condo had everything you need and more for a wonderful beach vacation! The pools and clubhouse amenities were great and you can’t get better oceanfront views. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation

This condo was the cleanest and most fully equipped property we've ever rented. The grounds were peaceful and beautiful with something for everyone. The "quiet pool" is peaceful and overlooks the ocean while the "family pool" has a lively vibe and overlooks the lake. Both offer cafe/bar service. Our kids loved taking breaks from the pool and splash area to play air hockey and foosball in the game room. I enjoyed a daily workout at the fully equipped gym. All amenities were within a 5 minute walk, including walkways to the beach. We used the beach chairs, skim board, and beach toys which were easily accessible from the storage locker in the parking garage. We ate locally at Mezzaluna in the cute "European Village" and had some laid back, corn-hole fun at JT's Crab Shack. We celebrated my birthday at the upscale Atlantic Grill at the Hammock Beach Resort. We also took two 30 minute trips to St. Augustine for a walking ghost tour and a waterfront dinner at the Conch House. All were amazing! We highly recommend this property!!!

Amazing Condo: rocky beach without a grill

The condo was incredible and the customer service from the owners was unbelievlible. They were responsive when we had questions and made. Sure, we have everything we need it to have a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with the material. You need in order to cook for your family, However, it is worth noting that there is not a grill at the condo or in the complex at all for you to use. I believe the complex does not have them to use because the complex wants you to buy food from there little grill restaurant, which actually has decent food and drinks. We just really missed having a grill for ourselves. There are umbrellas and chairs that are perfect for a day at the beach and pool noodles to help you relax at the pool. The downside is the beach itself. If you enjoy being physical in the beach, you have to be very careful, there are rocks/boulders that will cut up your feet. The cleanilness and decorations of the condo made it cozy and welcoming! We will for sure stay here again with the understanding that we will drive to the beach and go out fkr dinner since there is no grill.

This condo was perfect for my family of four. The online description was accurate. The unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Owning a Beachfront Condo has always been the dream of our family; a place where we could come to relax, unwind, and enjoy sun, sand, and saltwater. We have all pitched in to help manage and maintain Cinnamon Beach 253 and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Our Mom, Jean, is the majority owner, while daughter, Margo, and son, Bill manage the day to day operation and maintenance of the condo. Mom, Jean, is a retiree who splits her time between Palm Coast and Georgia. Bill is a retired business owner who lives in Daytona Beach and Margo is an Account Representative who lives in Georgia. Together with our extended family we have created the place we call "Cinnamon Beach 253."

Why they chose this property

Located just minutes off of Interstate I-95, Ocean Hammock Beach Resort and Cinnamon beach seemed to offer everything and more for us as we searched for that “perfect” vacation home. We were immediately impressed the minute we drove through the main gate as we noticed the well-manicured landscape. The open floor plan of the condo provided enough space for a large family and the expansive balcony provided the ocean views we desired with the added perk that it overlooked the 8th hole of the golf course. The beach was beautiful and pristine and the sand the color of Cinnamon! Together with all the amenities that Ocean Hammock Resort had to offer, we felt we had found our perfect vacation home in Cinnamon Beach 253.

What makes this property unique

We've taken great care to provide you with everything you might need for your beach vacation. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the linens, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, to the bikes; we’ve tried to think of it all. We manage the unit ourselves and do not use a management/leasing company; we believe this gives you the “personal touch.” It is our hope that you will have a great time filled with lasting memories.
