Enjoy 73 feet of private lake frontage (just across the street!) with a dock and 2 kayaks available for your use. The lake has deep water access—great for boating, swimming, and fishing. Plus, Majestic Mountain Marina is just a half-mile away for boat rentals and launching.

The house features a spacious eat-in kitchen with a wet bar and stunning lake views from the windows. The living room is full of Adirondack charm with cathedral ceilings, knotty pine walls, and a wood-burning stove—a perfect place to unwind after a day on the water.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is promptly at 10am.
Please set all wall thermostats to 52. If the AC is on please set to 74.
Make sure all trash has been bagged and there are no loose items in outdoor trash bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests will be charged an extra $300 per stay if the garbage is not disposed of properly. All garbage must be BAGGED and placed in outdoor bins.
No parties! No events! Quiet time 11pm strictly enforced!
All guests are required to sign our electronic waiver before arrival.

We are so pleased to invite you into our home that we have come to love so much. We are a collaborative group of friends from Long Island NY. We purchased this home together as a place we can escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy this little slice of heaven. We hope you love it as much as we do.

You get the best of both worlds when staying on our property. Its like a cabin in the woods but you also have a beautiful lake front with a creek that flows from the house all the way down to the lake.
